Shaisha had been disappointed to learn that Darth Vowrawn was not easy to reach in the Academy on Korriban, but with her high standing with the faculty, who also took into account that she had stood by his side in yesterday's session of the Dark Council, some messages were sent through as Shaisha asked for a moment of his time.

Now all she had to do was to wait for him to grant her an audience via holo. It was not ideal to meet like this, but, if she was going to make the step into earning her place at the feet of a powerful master, one had to start somewhere.

A young sith pureblood answers and says, “My lord, Darth Vowrawn was expecting you. I shall put you through.”

The line is dead for a moment and then Vowrawn is visible, “Shaisha, good morning. To what do I owe the pleasure of this call?”

As the Darth appeared, Shaisha kneels, as is custom. Sure, Vowrawn wasn't exactly a traditional member of the Dark Council, but it was always safe to err on the side of proper decorum when it came to high ranking Sith. Still, that he had been expecting her made her rather curious.

"Darth Vowrawn, I'm honored for a moment of your time. I wish to thank you once more for the enlightening experience of standing by your side yesterday," she begins with the pleasantries.

“It made the afternoon slightly more pleasant to have good company. I am sure such affairs must be dreadfully dull for the aspirants but tradition is tradition, as Thanaton would say,” he responds with a gesture for her to rise.

Rising, she smiles charmingly in return at his compliments.

"A little dull, I'll admit, but the company was nothing to complain about. Besides, it is a good look into the life that is to come when we are no longer acolytes, but apprentices to powerful Sith like yourself."

“Dreadful work if you can get it, long hours… sometimes dreadful locales, and often little recognition. The perks though are rather generous, great power and access to all the best functions in the Empire,” he replies.

“If that entices you, then make your case.”

"It does sound tempting," she admits with a chuckle.

"I offer my services as your apprentice when I have finished my trials, if that is to your desire. I have a good relation with Sylvain Torsin, Baras' new apprentice, ensuring that I have a line of information into that camp, if that is of interest to you." It was a start. She hoped. It was the first time she spoke with a Darth about this sort of issue, after all.

“You have impressive credentials, what is your favorite kind of wine? More importantly if I task you to murder a rival at a dinner party what gown would you wear for the occasion?” he asks pointedly.

Not exactly the kind of questions one expected from a Darth, but entertaining nonetheless.

"Ziostian White," she answers with a playful smile "And preferably something that will go well blood-red. Black is always a classic winner, though I like to keep my dress options open."

“I give you high marks on your choices. Seriously though I had considered it and I have a need, your friend’s attachment to Darth Baras is a minor perk. How best would you serve my interests, if you were me… where do you think you would fit best into my power base?” he asks kindly.

"I would find myself flexible; a warrior, if needed, as evidenced by my lightsaber being the one to end Death's Shadow, or someone I could send in to cause some trouble or find what others would prefer to stay hidden. Or exploring lost and forgotten places; which is something that will come in handy now that our instructors will be taking us to Yavin IV."

If Vowrawn had anything of interest to him on that planet, it was as good as time as any now to bring it up, she figured.

“Yavin IV, well I would like a memento, some Massassi pottery would be a show stopper,” he says scratching his chin.

That seems almost suspiciously simple... she had a feeling it would be hard to find something that sounded relatively simple.

"Consider it done, my lord."

"Oh do not tease me now, I am all a shiver with anticipation," he says with a smile.

Shaisha barely manages to stifle her chuckle as she places her fingers against her lips.

"I would consider teasing one of my specialities."

"You are absolutely terrible my dear, it is endearing. As much I could chat away the day I should see to this minor affair. I'm absolutely desolated but I must go, till next time," he smiles pleasantly and the image ends.

She bows as Vowrawn departs, straightening herself again when he was gone.

Well... I think that went well? Vowrawn was certainly more charming and amusing than anyone else on the Dark Council. Sure, her father would probably disapprove of Vowrawn, but meh, this wasn't exactly his call to make.

With a satisifed smile, Shaisha departs.
