The Dark Academy on Korriban

Zeno enters the infirmary, jacket in hand revealing the many numerous scars he had been collecting over the weeks. He sat at the table and by now the droids knew what to do.

Word had filtered in hushed whispers that a trio had come back in rough shape, among them the ever noticable Zeno Deathwright. While Jun-Tsu didn't so much care about his well-being, she supposed she could at least make the effort to see him.

She asked after his whereabouts and it was easy enough to find her way to the infirmary. What a wonderfully derogatory way to refer to it. She smiled at the thought.

Stepping in, she noted the layout and asked for Zeno. She was pointed by the droids to where he rested.

"Good evening, ser Deathwright," she said, a pleased smile pulling at her lips which she kept mostly contained.

"Good evening lady Farro. Got a few more blaster bolt scars to add to the growing collection," he says with a wide smile of his own upon seeing her.

"Uppity slave holdouts and their leader needed to be put in their place."

Another aspirant was shown into the infirmary, though nowhere near as injured as Zeno. Shaisha let the droid examine her abdomen which had recived the most beating, and already a few places looked swollen and very bruised.

She gave a nod to Zeno and the one she didn't know.

Jun-Tsu turned only enough to spy Lady Vreysk come in for medical attention. She continued to smirk at Zeno.

"Vell....I suppose I could see to it you've a few more. She looked at the amount the droids were able to patch up with their implements and shook her head with a sigh. Stimpacks and basic surgery.

She drew back her sleeves as she stepped to his side. Reaching a hand out, it arched into a long-fingered claw, its long nails looking like talons as she worked her hand in stuttered mudra. Her eyes grew more intense and she raised her other hand. Slowly a whispy emerald contrails poured from her hands and shunted roughly into the Sith-blooded patient. It was not a pleasant sensation as his wounds were knit from the inside out.

The energy poured out over his chest, as her hands danced in arcane gestures.

He nods back to Shaisha respectfully. But returns his attention to Jun-Tsu as she spoke.

"Sounds good."

As she worked her sorcery his eyes became intense and he stared directly into hers. Zeno inhaled sharply at the sensation, his chest rising at the touch of the green tendril of power. As he felt his body healing itself he gave a smile, baring his teeth.

When Shaisha is done receiving her conventional care, Jun-Tsu turned to the other Sith with her usual vicious smile, "Und you? Do you vish to have my tender ministrations vorked upon you?"

Her hands continuing to work in spasmed motions that caused the vapors to surge and ebb across Zeno's body.

Shaisha regarded the witch with some skepticism after watching the display with Zeno. Still... he seemed alive.

"Fine... beats waking up to a broken rib in the morning," she nodded to Jun-Tsu. "If you would."

Approaching, Jun-Tsu continued her erratic hand motions. The serpentine energies continued to play between them until she was at Shaisha's side. Then, thrusting both hands forward, though not moving her arms, the shreds of Dark Side energy jutted into Shaisha violently causing no small amount of discomfort.

They rooted through her insides like hot snakes, finding ills and snapping them back into place. A jade glow cast over Jun-Tsu's face as she felt awash in the forces of the Dark Side. But within moments it was done. The pain soothed to a sharp, dull ache, and the energies dissipated.

Zeno closed his eyes for a moment after the energy left him. "You're talents and power continue to be appreciated as always," he says to Jun-Tsu.

"Do not expect zuch altruizm from me regularly, ser Deathwright. I detest drawing upon such....mending energies. Ztill, I have been out of practice of zuch things, zo it vas good to have zhe chance."

"No doubt you are both feeling much better," her smile cooled as she took in a deep breath, ebbing off the heady feeling of channeling so much power.

She felt her body tense as the witch worked her tricks on her. The broken bone popping back into place against its will. It wasn't pleasant, at all, and she endured it with an intense expression that probably could've rivalled the Emperor's Wrath.

"... Thank you," she gave another nod to Jun-Tsu, when it was finally over. "I didn't catch your name?"

"Certainly not," he says with a smile. "I wouldn't expect such. Though I do look forward to tomorrow. That will be an interesting and enlightening experience, no doubt."

"I look forward to it," she smirked cryptically before going back to Lady Vreysk.

"Vorgiviness, zhis v'one vorgets zhat not all vere vatching zhere vellow competitors during zhe orientation trials. Zhis v'one is Lady Jun-Tsu Farro, of House Farro, Lady Vreysk."

"Jun-Tsu... I recall now, you did very well during the trials," another approving nod of the woman. "Shaisha Vreysk, but you seem to already know that."

"Your name has come up, und your reputation proceeds you. But I first heard of you from ser Torsin. He und I have become swift acquaintances since we first met on our way to Korriban. He speaks highly of you."

In truth he'd said very little of his adopted 'sister,' but it was an easy lie.

She tried to recall if Syl had mention this one... which he had, but never in much detail.

"Syl makes friends easily, as always," she smirked a little. "That's his talent."

"Yes, a credit to his House, und a true noble in zhat regard. Zkills zhat vill suit him vell as he continues his career. Having a veb of influence zhroughout zhe Stygian Caldera can do nozhing save help him. Zo, knowing zhat, it does make it zomevhat difficult to take his interest as genuvine."

Shaisha managed a chuckle. "Genuine? I'd say they are genuine... it's what makes it so easy for him. But whether or not you believe the sincerity of my words is another matter."

"All the zame, he has been avid company, und possesses all zhose qvalities vhich help one succeed; ambition, temperament, passion. He has lofty goals and for zhat I am at least zhankful. It flies in zhe face of zhe idle nobility. As opposed to zome I have met vith no greater vish zhan to become Sith. Truly, to be here und zee zuch loftiness as an end rather zhan a beginning."

She shook her head.

Shaisha smiled. "You're right about that. Too many consider becoming Sith their destination, rather than their new starting point." She gave a nod in the direction of Zeno. "Deathwright has the right of it too."

"Yes, but zhat iz not zurprising. He is, az zhey zay, true-Sith, like yourzelf. Ve, of zhe Sith Houses, vether true-Sith or Jen'jidai, zuch as myself, ve are expected to become Sith. To not iz zhe greatest shame ve could attain. Hence vhy I am impressed by v'one such as ser Torsin possessing zuch personal drive, vhen he iz possessing of neither lineage."

"Sith lineages must start somewhere," she smirked a little. Zeno wasn't someone she considered a pureblooded Sith like herself, or Jo'ren or Khalim, but she considered him worthy to become Sith. Just like Sylvain or Kristal.

"Jen'jidai, huh... where are you from, if you don't mind me asking?"

"Korriz on zhe rim of zhe Stygian Caldera has been zhe homevorld of House Farro zince ve vere giwen rulership ower two millennia ago. Legend of mein family iz zhat our founders vere among zhose who came to Korriban after zhe Hundread-Year Darkness."

Technically that would make her family one of the conquerors of the Sith people, but in the intervening four millennia it would seem such animosity had been put aside with thousands of years of cross-breeding.

Zeno listens to the chats back and forth as the droids finished their work. When done he rises and grabs his jacket before joining them.
