The Dark Academy on Korriban

Remmington heads down to the mess hall to get something to eat. He thought that maybe after the terrible rations that the nutrient paste wouldn't seem so bad now. He is wrong. "It is a talent to make this stuff taste to horrible." He gripes a little.

The blue sith alien arrives to the mess hall for his daily nourishment. He noticed that the mood around changed. He was a sith, or an aprentice now, so he recieved a bit more respect than before.

He noticed that Remmington was also around. He approached.

'' May I, Lord Thalalas?'' He asked politely.

Remmington waves that off but smiles. "Ha ha... I don't think I am quite Lord material yet but thanks. Congratulations, I believe it is Sith Rumun Gol? We didn't really have any time to talk despite the past few months of training."

'' Yeah, such a shame. With all the exams and situations that have passed during the last months we didn't have time to talk before.''

A pause

'' But I should say that I owe you an apology, Lord Thalalas.'' Rumun sat in front of him. '' I didn't gave you my thanks. You healed me after my crash, right? th one with Lord Zash's supplies. I guess it's too late but you have my sincere thanks about that'' Rumun bows to Remmington.

Remmington shakes his head and smiles. "It is never late to set things right. I only did what I felt was right at the time. The Empire needs talented people if it is to get stronger in the future.

So what are your plans after this Lord Gol?" He pays the man the respect that his new station holds.

The Duros smiles.

'' I suppose that first I need to practice my combat skills. Niman form caught my attention so I guess practicing Exar Kun's style must be my first priority'' He told.

'' After that, It really depends on my master's wishes. I don't know where Lord Hoshi and I will travel. Reading about her, I could guess, that right into the front lines against the Republic'' He shrugs.

'' What about you, my Lord?'' He asked politely.

"I am not familiar with Exar Kun but I have heard of the Niman discipline at least. If memory serves correct it is a pretty good defensive style. It will probably serve you well if you are diving into the thick of things with Lord Hoshi. Congratulations on becoming her apprentice." Remmington recalls.

"I will probably refine my lightsaber techniques with Jaina Von. Then perhaps do some more treasure hunting. I came across various leads but sadly did not have the time to pursue all of them. Most of them turned out to be a wash. Though I guess that is half of the fun." He bites into the paste. Which is clearly not fun.

'' Lord Exar Kun was a ancient Dark Lord of the Sith who was famous for never being defeated using Niman Form. A master duellist, which is incredible because Niman is not the best defense nor the best offense, but the most balanced of all styles.'' He explained to Remmington.

'' Oh? You are the new apprentice of Lord Von?'' He asked politely. '' Treasure hunting? What about that?'' Rum was particulary interested about that topic.

"Ah thanks for the explanation. Being undefeated is quite the achievement." Remmington replies clearly impressed.

"That is right." He says with a nod. "I came across various leads to Sith caches and am going to hunt them down. The last one I found in the deep wilds was long been raided unfortunately but at least it means that I am on the right track. I am looking for more unique crystals for my lightsaber. I believe that some of the rarer crystals can make a lightsaber even more powerful."
