The mess hall was practically empty after the decimation of the acolytes, after removing the scum that had attempted to become sith without any success. Only the strong remained, or at least the able ones remained. She was one of them, and now she could pursue her own way, under tutelage of someone she had not met yet. For now, Niriti was happy to think that it would be the last time she would have to eat the grub from the mess hall. |

Sylvain arrived in the mess hall that morning after a trip to the refresher to clean himself up after the long trip home from Yavin. Seeing a familiar face, he approached after he got his food and greeted the Taris native. "Good morning. Nice to see you made it back." He said with a smile. |

She did not recognize the man, only the voice gave himself away. His pronunciation, his accent... that was what got the woman's attention. "Syl? is that you?" She looked awed before him, her head slightly tilted to look through the mask, looking if any bit of his skin was exposed. "I barely recognize you. What is with that mask?" |

He removed the mask in preparation of his meal, "Image control." He said with a chuckle. "I didn't see you much on Yavin, I hope you were well." |

"Image control?" She did not understand what was the use of that, specially when it's his semblance what gains him more power over people. It's what gets her to have people over others as well. "The image control that I have is subtle and has much more effects." With a shift of her hand her factions shifted softly making herself look as Syl, and then returning back to her own self (Force Power - Misdirect) "Yavin was a wild run. I found my physical abilities tested. Luckily I was able to survive and thrive, as such is the way of a sith. And the final battle was fun, I have to admit. How was your time there? Anything of interest?" |

"An appealing image can be of some utility in given circumstances, but not in others. Where I am going, it becomes far less useful to be a pretty face." He said with a smile. "My time on Yavin was productive. I negotiated the agreement with the Massassi that gave us access to their village, and assisted with their new Queen's negotiations with our diplomats." |

"I would had liked to see your negotiation skills. I bet that she melted under your handsome face and soft words." She took a spoon of the mulch and started tasting it with not a very happy face. She had to soon get out of that cafeteria food and get herself into proper food and home. "Now stay safe. I have already told you that the minister of war is not a safe one to stay next to. BUT maybe our ways will cross since I shall be apprentice to the minister of logistics." |

He smiled and nodded, "All other ministries work under the Minister of War. I'm sure there will be opportunities for collaboration. Who will your new master be?" |
