This was the last exam. The last test of today. These were Rumun speciallity. Knowledge and intellect... No, today was not the day. First it was a test about the knowledge of the Sith of old. The glory days of the empire, the golden age of the darkside, the... Today's earlier failures had taken their toll. Rumun was exhausted and all that he wanted was finishing these exams quickly. He wrote about the history of the sith, and while most of what he wrote was wrong the oveerseer that took the exam was 'a softie' and allowed him to pass to the other test. He choose Astrogation and quickly finished the test. Exhausted. He also failed there. **************** [OOC - Rolls] Knowledge/Intellect; Upgrading 1 Dif dice to Challenge (gm), Using 1 destiny point to upgrade 1 Ability dice: D2 - Orientation Exam; Knowledge/Intelect; Hard Difficulty, +2 Setback (rep) - 1 Setback [researcher talent]; Upgrading 1 Dif dice [destiny GM]; Using 1 Destiny to Upgrade: 1eA+2eP+2eD+1eC+1eS 2 failures, 2 advantage Astrogation/Intellect: D2 - Orientation Exam; Astro/Intelect; 2 Setback, 3 Dif orokos go to hell : 3eA+3eD+2eS 0 successes 0 Sucesses. |

Since the age of four Jun-Tsu Farro had been taught the ways and lore of the Dark Side, the Sith, even the ancient Dark Je'daii. She had learned what most had forgotten and with it a smattering of other knowledges. Today would test House Farro and its teachings. Had they prepared one of their scions for the rigors of the Dark Academy? Jun-Tsu stepped into the private chamber where her examiner waited. She sat in the chair provided, and spared only a glance to the walls and decor. It felt barren here, sterile. She could not tell if she considered it unnerving or calming. She took in a deep breath and looked to her examiner, who looked back and began. He sat clinically across from her as he assessed and evaluated her. At each step his bias against the primitives was apparent, and while she had difficulty discussing astrogation and technology, her understanding of the history of the Sith and the complex philosophies of and lore of the Force were beyond reproach. Likewise, her training under her great-grandmother in the surgical arts had proven a godsend as she exposited with great detail and glee the finer aspects of herbalism, pharmacology, internal medicine, and the healing arts. In the end the examiner could not break the young woman who, after two hours of examination had felt the strain of her examiners endless questioning. Finally, presumably disgusted by his own failure he dismissed her. Knowledge: Lore (Intellect) - 2eP+1eA+3eD+1eS 3 success, 1 advantage Medicine (Intellect) - 1eP+2eA+3eD+1eS 5 successes, 5 threat 2 Exam Points |

For her third and final test of the day, Grenda only had the boring Knowledge Exam left. She approached it with some apprehension until she discovered it also covered driving as well as the expected book test on xenology (for the better killing of alien scum of course). Both she was competent at and after the test completed, proved thusly. A day of dread completed. The Rodian glowed with ambition. She would be a Sith, no matter what the stupid humans thought. /ooc Knowledge Exam 1: Piloting Planetary: 1eA+1eP+3eD 2 successes, 2 threat . . . this is actually Knowledge/Xenology. I put in the wrong description, but the dice are correct. Knowledge Exam 2: Piloting (Planetary): 2eA+1eP+3eD 2 successes As you can see, different (and correct) dicepool for Piloting. TOTALS (over all 3 exams) = 6 Success, 4 Threat. 4 Strain taken. |

Sarna Kolyarn seemed to crackle with dark energy, her previous successful exams giving a slightly gloating smile to her face. But facing the Halls of Darkness, preparing herself to go in, she once again stopped to collect herself. No attitude. Don't be cocky. Be ready, do the job, and celebrate when you're safe at home. Sarna remembered her father's rules of business well. [More narrative to come.] OOC: Roll 1: Whole lot of nothing. Roll 2: Even more nothing. Wow. |
