When the opportunities for some respite from the normal lectures and studies presented themselves, Shaisha seized one now to do some research on her own.

She didn't have high hopes for the databases to have much information on the subject, but it never hurt to check the most basic of sources first.

Children of the Emperor... let's see if there's anything on that.

There are no hits on this subject.

Of course...

She frowned in thought. Of course the Emperor probably didn't want information on his tools and tricks known.

Thinking instead she needed to check up on the broader, and more well-known facts, before jumping into the obscure secrets, Shaisha searched instead for the database's information on the Emperor.

The Emperor is the supreme Ruler and savior of the Empire, immortal and without peer. His name is Vitiate though none beyond maybe Wrath would use that name. The Emperor is attended by devout servants called his Hands, and he is served by the Dark Council who do his will. There is no information on the Emperor before the founding of the Empire.

Another junior researcher docked her scanner at one of the network nodes to download some data for later reading. Her lekku crawled lazily across the barely clothed back as she did so, rhythmically tapping on the case of the terminal. She also extracted solely the pattern from the tomb starmap and tried to find something that followed the proportions in shape and distance. Primarily in features on the surface of Korriban.

Apparently she was onto something...

Destiny spent, and there is a success!

Overlaying the map and coordinating it to the star map she found and then to landmarks on the planet utilizing Zash’s notes and then narrowing down the time span to the era that the tomb was created in she finds that the map could be pointing to a location on Korriban.

More specifically the Restricted Tombs, it corresponds to where Korriban is on the star map.

She zoomed in on the coordinates to check if greater precision could be discerned, like where in the Restricted Tombs, then began some background activities that confused what she was actually doing. Once it was all messed up she deleted some useless links from search history as if they had meaning.

She moved the lekku to the sides of her face to hide possible flashes of excitement from the onlookers. Once she was done, she prepared to quietly leave the area.

Jo'ren spotted the twi'lek as she was leaving, having only just met her a short time before. She was in a rush though and he had no interest in stopping her. As he walked through the halls he saw Shaisha and threw her a wave, but had business elsewhere. Eventually he arrived back at the work station where he had worked with Gerry and the holocron to craft his lightsaber.

He removed all of the pieces from his utility belt and set them out carefully. To inscribe changes into the gem would be a tricky process and he was no expert at this. So he was going to rely upon the force and good old-fashioned superior technology.

Removing the crystal he reached out to the force, and began to work on making it even deadlier than it already was... An hour or so of meditation and minute adjustments passed. He felt as though he was communing with his weapon, it was exhilarating!

And in the end it was spectacularly successful: Jo'ren's lightsaber crystal gains Vicious +1

Day 4. LM. Modifying a crystal. Difficulty -2 due to personal lightsaber. +1 for second mod. Bonus for good equipment. Force dice as per pg 196. Destiny to upgrade.: 1eA+1eP+2eD+1eB+1eF 2 successes, 3 threat, 1 Triumph, 1 Dark Side

Force dice to add an advantage so 2 strain taken; As per his Dapperness - Triumph means the cost of modding is waived.
