The Dark Academy on Korriban

Not very long after awaking, Nunki made her way down to the Museum of the Dark Lords, a small datapad held under her arm, and sought out Lord Zash. Those who would see her there would find her face distraught, and she appears to have slept very little the previous night. With her hood down, her hair is somewhat messy, though she had made an effort to keep it tame.

In contrast Zash is put together, maybe she wakes up like that. She wears a loose fitting gown that still somehow finds a way to make her figure look outrageous. She looks at Nunki and says, “Aspirant, good morning.”

"Lord Zash, I need to bring something to your attention." She pauses to hand the datapad tucked under her arm over. "I've had some disturbing dreams the past few weeks, and was hoping you would have some sort of answers..." She speaks faster than usual for her.

"I've documented everything I have seen in my dream for the last 3 weeks. It has been the same thing every night, with the same speech from Lord Savas about this place, the same students dying attempting to enter, and the same name repeated; Koro the Betrayer." The concern is audible in her voice. "I was hoping you would have some sort of idea of who this Koro is, or this place..." Her voice trails off, and she tries her best to relax herself.

“The future is a dangerous thing young aspirant, we see too much of it and we become a slave to what can be instead of exploiting the possibilities. Koro… that is not familiar to me but Lord Savas should know probably in some obscure text only he has read, six times.”

“The timing is fortuitous though with him leading classes in the field on the morrow,” she says with a smile.

She can't help but smile at the comment on Lord Savas's reading habits.

"If he is going into the field with students tomorrow, then we must warn him. I doubt what is happening is pure coincidence, it must be a warning from the Force. Lord Zash, have you seen anything similar before? The Force warning one without request, so far in advance, but so vague? Especially for one like myself, who has not trained nearly as much in such things."

“Yes, I have. It is rather common for the force to manifest through precognition. To see that which has yet to be, but remember you see only a possibility not a certainty,” she says.

“I will pass your concern to Lord Savas. Of course it could be these very actions that precipitate this Koro being unleashed.”

She took a moment to think.

"Well, for extra precaution, could the excursion not be delayed a day, or even a few hours, to ensure that is not the case?"

“You need to talk to Lord Savas this is his excursion,” she replies honestly.

“I do believe it is worthy of concern though, there are many dangerous things on this world. None should be taken lightly."

After finishing the material he was reading earlier on sensing intent using the force and the use of such abilities in combat he returns the materials to the droid librarian. After which he moves to a place that is out of the way, but earshot of Lord Zash and the other aspirant who he has not met formally yet. He pulls out his own datapad and starts going through some news articles detailing the status of the war. Every once in a while he would look to Lord Zash making it obvious he was interested in speaking with her but didn't really want to interrupt. If the conversation was boring or enough of a waste of time she could use him as an excuse, otherwise he was fine with waiting and catching up on current events.

Nunki watches Zeno enter, then looks to Lord Zash. "If you would pass it on to Lord Savas then, I would be greatful." She glances at Zeno, then continues. "It would seem there is another who would like to speak with you, so I'll let you get to that."

Seeing Nunki make her departures Zeno stands and approaches. "You don't have to leave on my account aspirant Malyna," he says with a smile.

Lord Zash looks between the two of them and says, "What is it Zeno?"

"I was hoping you might be able to provide some assistance with the construction of a shoto hilt, Lord Zash. I would prefer to be prepared for when I find or earn a crystal." He maintains a respectful tone.

“Oh dearest Zeno it would be a conflict of interest to aid you, so of course I’ll do it,” she says with a playful laugh.

He smiles at her. "Conflict always makes life more interesting and fun. And I can't imagine anything better than sharing a bit of fun with you my Lord."

She laughs lightly and looks at Nunki, “Was that all you needed aspirant?”

Nunki nods, and says "Yes, that's all. Thank you, Lord Zash."

“Do not ignore your dreams, focus on them. Look at every detail, perhaps there is a clue there you can discern to better prepare yourself and stop that probably future from coming to pass,” Lord Zash says warmly.

"With the event approaching so soon, I will do my best. However, I fear I may have brought this up too late now. Regardless, thank you for the guidance."

Zeno looked to Nunki.

Bad dreams eh?

He then looked back to Zash.

“A Sith can conquer any challenge,” she says with a nod.

A nod and a small smile, she says "I'll leave you two to your own conversation. Thank you again, Lord Zash."

Unless there is protest from Zash or Zeno, Nunki makes her exit.

There is no protest forthcoming from Zeno and he nods to Nunki.

“A shoto hilt, not uncommon, why have you decided on that?” she asks.

"Eventually I'd like it to be a pair," he replies. "And modify the pair with dueling in mind, to make the most use of my agility and reflexes. But one must start somewhere first. And their smaller size allows for more precision in striking."
