The Dark Academy on Korriban

Rumun slashes wildly with his lightsaber but the strike goes wide and cuts a pillar in half and the structure starts to rumble. Thaya grabs him and the two scramble out of the chamber before the Dark Bakery of the Sith collapses in on itself…

But he has a lightsaber now and Hruk is certainly dead… probably.

OOC: Triumph because this is fitting. Rumun has Soak 2, Robes give 1 and he has Brawn 1.

Rumun did not know what the fuck did just happen. He was like mentally processing all the information that ocurred. He didn't event felt the pain from the Zabrak tackle.

He had a lightsaber in his hand. He turn to look at Thaya '' Well, I guess that ended your friendship with Hruk...''

“He was useful until he wasn’t,” Thaya replies warmly.

“Now I just have a rush of adrenaline… take your clothes off.”

'' Hmm, sure...'' He does what she says. He took out his robe and his upper shirt. '' Why I'm doing this? May I ask?'' He still has the lightsaber in his hand.

“You do know what sex is? Killing people does not make you… invigorated?” she says with a cruel smile.

Ok, now this whole thing is becoming weird.

Guess there are people with certain fetishes out there... Well, some beings like twi'leks...guess other like duros?...

'' Of course I know what sex is...'' He answered the first question. '' I suppose...'' He answered her second question, there was certain doubt in his voice.

Well Rumun was kinda asexual, but if having sex with this female human was a way to improve their working relationship... he will sacrifice himself for the cause...

After an invigorating snu-snu with Thaya, the duros put on his clothes. He looks at the destroyed burial mound of Lord Grenya. Unfortunately recovering anything from it would need heavy equipment or a better understanding of the force. He looks at the deceased sith's lightsaber. A consolating prize, but the destroyed lore that could be possibly buried down there was what Rumun wanted.

'' What was what drove her to build such a strange burial mound?'' He asked to himself as he pick up some rocks. Also he tries to see if there's a way to recover Hruk's corpse. He don't want a loose end, not when we are talking about Zash.

Thaya shrugs, “He couldn’t have survived that.”

She says putting her clothes back.

'' Yeah, probably you are right. But we don't know if there was a hidden passage or other way out.'' He comments. '' Afterall, If I found a secret lever that revealed Lord Grenya's corpse, there could be other secrets hidden...''

'' I should stay here until the night to confirm that he is dead. Did you come with him in the same speeder, I suppose? Lady Thaya?'' He asked Thaya politely.

'' If he is gravely wounded but still alive, perhaps the climate and local fauna could kill him, if he manages to crawl out. There were three tuk'ata before you arrived here, I used the force to drove them away but perhaps they could return'' Rumun is thinking about all the possibilities.

“Yeah we came on a speeder. Fine stay, but tomorrow you come by my room and we speak with Darth Skotia, don’t make me come hunt you down,” she says fastening her pants.

'' Sure '' He replies to her with a smile.

'' Do you have your comlink here? I guess we will need to get in contact sooner or later...'' Rumun gave her his address and link to his comlink.

After doing that he goes around looking at the collapsed structure. See if there's anything salvageable or another hidden secret.

After Thaya returns to the academy, Rumun went back to his speeder. He brought it to the collapsed burial mound. He was going to spend his time watching for any sign of Hruk surviving.

To not get bored he decides to try and make up a lightsaber with the components and the ilum crystal he has. Although he has the lightsaber of Lord Grenya, he decides that he would probably need a double-blade lightsaber. He was thinking in learning mastering Niman form, like Exar Kun, so for that he needs another type of lightsaber.

First he organized the different components and parts that will constitute this new dual-bladed lightsaber. He was not a trained mechanic but he knows the theory behind the construction of a lightsaber. He began to enter in communion with the darkside that lingers on the surroundings. The sky of Korriban and the lonely oppresive structures from a bygone age are his only companions.

He closed his eyes and with the power of his mind, began to assemble the hilt. Pieces of junk float around Rumun in a pattern. It's almost as they are dancing around him. One by one the components are connected to one another, slowly but surely the hilt was starting to have a lightsaber form.

Finally, the most important piece of the lightsaber was to be positioned at the center. The red Ilum crystal, the core of the lightsaber, was gently added to the hilt. The focusing lenses were given a last adjustment and calibration and after 5 hours of work, Rumun builds his own double-blade lightsaber.

Build specially for his height, this lightsaber was a bit bigger that the usual lightsaber. He activated it for the first time, both blades worked perfectly. He practiced a bit with it, but not so much. Double-blade lightsabers are notoriously famous for being quite deadly for inexpert hands.

Satisfied with his work, he enters once again to his speeder and waits until the nightfall. He eats and drinks meanwhile he waits.

Took me 5 hours of work to build it. How does to mod rule apply here I been reading about it but I don't quite get it...
