"At least that's one less..." She regarded as she was surprised to see the imperial choke the colleague in a quick movement. But she could still take advantage of the reaction of the other officers, specially since the head officer was the only who had seen the image of his wife on the other.

"Did you see that? He is just using you, he will get rid of you as soon as you are dispensable. You should destroy him and become the stronger yourself."

There is a moment of thought and several of the Imperial soldiers turn their weapons on the leader and within seconds there is a violence and death and then silence. Just smoking corpses and the two aspirants.

"THAT was a safe way to deal with that" she happily breathes in relief. "now let's go make sure they are dead and recover all the belongings that can be of use. SPECIALLY check if they came with any type of vehicle."

Remmington leans over to kiss Niriti. "You are so hot when you make people dance like puppets you know?"

He smiles and then gets back to business. "Though you are right. Let's see if they have anything of worth. I can try fixing the speeder if we have to. At worse we can call Captain Harad to clean up his mess."

The item they have are in very poor states, exposed to the elements, riddled with sand and wear. It is unclear how long they were out here but it seems to have been awhile, perhaps weeks. There is a make shift camp with a crude throne built of boxes filled with sand and stone.

A few corpses pinned to stone pillars, a generally cheery atmosphere.

OOC: The speeder you came in on is on fire and nothing more than a melting slag of metal.

"Seems like we have to make a call to the Captain to inform him that we have found his men, and to get a ride back home." She sighed as she looked at the supplies remaining from the guards.

Remmington goes to examine their gear and if any of the corpses have anything of worth on them. He looks around the camp for anything else flipping to his scanner goggles.

Eventually he takes out his datapad and makes the call. "Captain Harad come in. We cleaned up a mess out here. Some Imperial troops went crazy and destroyed our speeder. We'll need a pick up and clean up over here."

OOC: Perception or Streetwise at Average difficulty to check the camp.

Niriti looked about while Remmington made the call.

Niriti finds an old lightsaber with a busted hilt sitting in a box with a crystal intact, pale red. The hilt does not work, but the crystal is intact.

After making the call Remmington checks if there is anything salvageable from the speeder, checks the troops and corpses, and joins in the search of the camp. Checking if any of the weapons are still usable.

"Did you find anything on your end there Niriti?"

The gear they have is mostly junk and with Captain Harad picking you up he isn't going to just let you sell Imperial weapons.

"Hmm... well the hilt I can salvage for parts but what should we do about the crystal?" Remmington asks.

OOC. What about hiding some of the things from the imperials before they arrive? Skulduggery !

Remmington examines the crystal with his scanner goggles to try to figure out if it is any different from the red ilum crystals they were issued before.
