Walking off alone into the deep wastes without the lightsaber, merely her grandfathers sword Kristal set out to find a place. Something fitting, a small cave. It mattered not. There was only one thing on her mind. Days prior there was a way she saw to communicate with Korriban, Kristal needed answers. Answers to questions she wasn't even sure how to ask. Later, she thought, she might try to contact a person for this. However there was power in Korriban. Perhaps this once she might learn from something that she was wary of placing herself in the hands of. This is why she went alone. Setting herself up, Kristal sat in a spot of relative safety. At least for the moment and channeled Korriban as Spindral had instructed. Korriban answered Kristal's call. Would she like what she heard? Korriban is quiet for some time and then she can see another place it is Ziost, her father’s office. Moff Serasai is speaking with a Sith, she can tell by the lightsaber and dark robes. The doors to the large office blow open. She sees the Wrath stride through and quickly cut down the Sith. The Wrath speaks, “I assume you know why I am here.” “I really do not,” her father replies. “The Emperor cannot allow you be a tool of Baras or your betrayal,” the Wrath says as he reaches out and begins to force choke her father. He spits out between choking breath, “I… no… Baras… no… my…” The Wrath crushes his throat and then moves to the other side of the desk and begins tapping through. A holo forms on her father’s desk of a sith blood, a bit hunched and wiry looking. He speaks in a rat-like tone, “The Hand wishes to know why this Moff deserved death?” “My daughter suggested it. Whether she knows it or not I trust her judgment as she is mine,” the Wrath replies. “We do not appreciate surprises, keep us informed next time, Wrath,” he hisses. The Wrath did not reply and left as quickly as he arrived… the vision ends. |

This was not what she expected, or no... it was. This was exactly what she had hoped for when she came out here. Exactly the answers she truly wished to know in her heart even if she denied it herself. This created problems, things that she could never deal with now except... no. A thought had struck her. Something that connected all of the pieces of the past few days. Events that separately made no sense almost seemed to fit to perfectly together. But it couldn't be true, could it? Kristal never thought to ask the questions that she was now faced with, she never truly cared enough to press. Now she did. Perhaps it was that realization in the moment, perhaps it was the vision itself, but by the time Korriban released her from it Kristal was gasping for breath. Kristal had not cried once in her life, not even when her father died, but in her heart after seeing that.. how he appeared at the end... her father wasn't the traitor they said he was. Even if she was not his daughter this vision would have cast doubt, but she was and now she knew that he was innocent. Gripping the sand as she caught her breath, Kristal pushed herself up. Never had she cried once, never in her life. It was impossible. Thus, the only thing that could explain the wetness of her cheeks was a sudden rainstorm on Korriban... Korriban's fury would have to abate itself to make way for the passing of Kristal's fury as she made her way to camp. |

“I see Korriban is not the only woman that is angry tonight,” Spindral says moving out from behind a rock cropping in truth she could sense his dark presence long before she saw him. |

"She is not," Kristal said with that cold flame of hers. It was simply far more intense. Kristal rose to her feet upon actually seeing Spindral. |

“I could feel your cold rage, long before I saw you. What has my mistress shown you in the dark places?” he asks. |

Kristal's arms crossed behind her back, "My father," she began with no intention to hide or lie to the old man. "I saw the moment he died, the moment an man innocent of his friends murder was cruelly and coldly slain for it without remorse or even thought." |

“That sounds like a normal day of Sith politics to me,” he says candidly. “Are you now going to get revenge?” |

Kristal saved Spindral the words on what she thought of Sith politics, all of them would have been negative. "Not today... today I need answers.. I need to be sure of something. Then I can decide. My father would not wish me to be lost to this and I will not be," she stated the last with a bit of conviction. |

“You have great strength and focus, your anger should sharpen your resolve. Yet you control your actions, not many Sith have learned that vital lesson. Passions should be focused and controlled,” he says with a black toothy smile. |

"Forgive me if I do not have an appropriate response for your praise," Kristal said, always with that cold anger giving that strength to her tone. If it wasn't for her father, she would have never learned that lesson. It was something that struck a cord with her. |

"Not today," she says with a space left between words. Unsure if the Hermit would find that a boon or not. "Not if I can help it. There has already been too much senseless death in the Empire these past few days, we needn't have more." |

"Old Man, I had never once believed you were as any other. To hold that view you prove it. You are truly unique among these wastes," she commented, the cold rage went down to a simmer as they spoke. Held back, stored for when it could be useful. |

He chuckles and then coughs, “I am just an old lunatic, but I am still Sith. It is what I am and who I am.” He looks off to the horizon and says, “She is calling me.” |

Kristal did not know, or believe she was quite capable of that, but if she was given the chance to try... With a firm nod she saw off Spindral, turning as he did but instead she turned toward the Imperial Camp. |
