The Dark Academy on Korriban

“I do as told, right Gavin?” she turned her head and then looked back to Moyr, “the master desires a ship and I am going to get the parts we need. The master will be pleased.”

"The master wants to leave the planet? How far is she from completing the ship?"

“All we need is this!” she holds up the dust covered piece of junk with dangling cables.

"All right then! Your master shouldn't wait. Go, Scab. You're free."

Moyr smiled.

Scab smiled, teeth were missing, and then said, "The Master will reward you stranger."

She then made her way to open end and started climbing, not down though more to the side and up.

Moyr let Scab build a little distance before she followed her, unseen.

She is easily followed, the ledge that Scab takes would have been easily missed. After some twenty minutes of shadowing she comes to a ledge where two tends are setup, make shift things of old tarps.

Besides Scab she see two other individuals one in rags like Scab but a twi’lek male and a human wearing dark robes, tattered with a scraggly almost beard. He smiled when he saw Scab and then quickly snatched the junk from her looking at it greedily.

Now, that was getting truly interesting. Moyr crawled up closer to overhear the conversation. She paid special attention to the message the her kinsman's lekku would convey. The others would not understand the subtlety of his body language, so he was probably not restraining himself. While she would know.

They may have been fleeing slaves, but she didn't want to jump to conclusions.

The twi-lek sighed but said nothing his lekku indicating annoyance at the situation. Scab said to the man in tattered robes, “I think this is what we need master, now you can finish your great work!”

The man grinned and said, “Yes, with this I can finish my ship and then leave this world! Together we will become the new Sith and begin a new Empire!”

So someone akin a Sith mad renegade... with a Twi'lek slave. Moyr waited for the robed man to vanish enough with the part to draw her kinsman's attention separately. Not to herself directly, but to a spot in her clear shooting range. A pebble throw.

As usual lately, something else than planned happened. Fate was funny with her.

The twi’lek noticed the pebble but didn’t approach instead he looked back towards where the robed man went and then looked in that direction. He drew a knife and walked instead towards the aspirant.

He saw her now but did not seem to raise an alarm instead his lekku communicated, “What are you doing out here?”

"I ran from the spaceport and ended up deep in the desert. I followed her from the freighter. Who are you?"

She lowered the blaster slightly. The lekku responded, indicating she meant both him and the crazy man.

“He found us after we… got lost in the wastes,” he replied with his lekku, though the falsehood was evident.

“Think he is one of those force users, maybe he ran away too? He tried to mess with my mind butt it seems to work on the human. I am not sure what he thinks he is doing but I think he is just crazy.”

Moyr nodded.

"Scab is on his side, right? Do you have somewhere on Korriban you'd like to flee too?"

He nodded in agreement and his lekku shifted to say, “Can you get me off world? Maybe Nar Shaddaa? Maybe Tattooine, I hear it’s nice there.”

"It's not impossible. Do you have anything of worth to cover the expenses? Or does that crazy Sith do?"

The Twi’lek is about to respond when both of them hear clapping and then the crazed Sith spoke, “It looks like we have ourselves a guest? A new apprentice comes to serve Darth Faln.”

“A pretty one at that,” his grin grew wild.

OOC: Destiny Point spent to make things interesting.

"Perhaps. Darth Jadus didn't speak of you as a potential master though. I am not familiar with your doctrines, Darth Faln. Though I suppose this could be rectified and you could tell me more about yourself?"

Moyr rose to her feet, hand on a blaster within her cloak. Her lekku undulated into: "Be ready."

The twi’lek agreed with his lekku and stepped aside.

Darth Faln laughed and said, “I am the truest Sith heir and my ship is the greatest power the Galaxy has ever seen. The Emperor is dead and I am his reborn vessel and through me the Sith will be reborn.”

"Oh! You must be the Secret Master who is destined to bring the Dark Force to the new heights of galactic domination! I bet you can jump into a canyon and the Force will buoy you since no harm can befall its Chosen!"

Moyr turned wide-eyed.

“I am no fool, I am immortal. I am the Force, I am the highest form of the Sith,” he replied proudly.

“Serve me,” he waved his hand, “you know in your heart this is true.”

OOC: Attempting to use Influence on Moyr, let me know if you wish to use A Destiny to upgrade his roll.

She feels his way supplant hers as she falls to knee the twi’lek next to her shouts “Noooo!”

He throws a crude knife that sticks into Darth Faln’s neck he collapses which causes Scab to charge the twi’lek like a shrieking beast and the two go tumbling over the edge into the canyon below.

Their broken bodies becoming food for the creatures of Korriban. After a moment she comes out of daze to find herself alone expect for the cooling corpse of the Emperor.
