Recovering from the sandslide took only a moment, but now that Moyr looked up she realised getting back up was not an option. The only way forward seemed to go down the canyon, wherever it led. She wrapped herself tightly in her cloak and closed fingers on the hold of her small blaster. Overconfidence brought her down, she would not make the same mistake twice, so she decided to move forward much more cautiously, taking the benefit of the shadows on her way. |

It was a desolate place, it felt like treading through cemetery except the whole world was dead and every rock and stone was a grave unmarked and forgotten. Still some things still lived. OOC: Spending a Dark destiny, make a Perception (Cunning) roll with a boost die due to silence. Difficulty is Average, two difficulty dice. |

The resonating silence of the place turned Moyr's senses to another level. 1 Success, 1 Triumph |

She heard the pack of tuk’ata long before they became visible and was able to scramble to safety. They pass by ambling to a small stream but it’s not the stream that draws her eye it’s the gleaming metal of some kind of wreckage that is jutting out of the canyon wall overhead. It would take some climbing but it would be reachable. OOC: Average Athletics (Brawn) due to Triumph she sees a path she could take that would give her a Boost die. |

Sith hounds... getting away from them now was the best thing she could do. She was not a trained climber, but the path up looked feasible... until she tried. Her fingers weakened before she got to the wreckage, but keen senses gave her an opportunity... 1 failure, 2 advantages (for an additional maneuvre! - catching something?) |

Well this was a sticky situation, she was dangling some six to eight meters above the canyon floor but the rocky outcropping had allowed her to catch herself from falling all the way. The sound and rocks had caught the attention of the tuk’ata pack and they looked up hungrily. OOC: That is totally allowable. |

She cursed in her mind uglily. The first point of order was to find sure footing or a safer hold as soon as possible... and not fall down. |

OOC: Make another Athletics (Brawn) roll this time Easy, but I am spending a Destiny to upgrade it to a challenge die. |

That swing was risky, and it didn't play out as she hoped, but perhaps trying again was still an option before the hounds would find a way up? 0 successes, 1 advantage |

Her scrambling made no progress but she was able to reveal some kind of emergency rope ladder from the wreckage covered by decades of dirt and dust. It showered her with crimson sand but she could climb up easily now with little effort denying the pack an easy meal. |

The Queen Crimson would probably return her stomach's content if she didn't have several of them to pass things in between. Not taking the current situation as a reprieve in this hostile environment, she curled up against the nearest cover and started to cautiously investigate what was the wreckage she found. |

The interior was some kind of freighter many decades or centuries out of service, exposed wiring and mangled metal exposed to the harshness of Korriban. Everything was coated in a fine sprinkling of crimson dust and dirt. She stood in a corridor that went deeper in, shrouded in darkness from the daylight. It was silent besides the creaking of metal under feet. |

Exploring a dead freighter was much more a smuggler's job that what she had just been through. Believing in destiny, she sneaked deeper in, adjusting her vision to the scarcity of light. Preferring to err on the side of caution [Stealth?] she tried to get a grasp of what kind of threat environment she found herself in [Perception? Skullduggery?]. One hand was on the blaster, the other on the hand scanner the dim light of which might get useful at some point. She kept it dead for now though. |

She moved like a Shadow, though her scanning of circumstances was less than perfect. The freighter seemed unfamiliar in design. Stealth: 0 successes, 2 advantages, 1 triumph Skullduggery: 0 successes, 1 advantage |

She was the darkness which was good because she heard another skulking the metallic duty walls. A scavenger, humanoid with cracked dry pale skin a tussle of wild hair and a gaunt frame draped in rags with a primitive knife. She hunkered down and try to pry a panel open whispering to herself. She obviously did not see the twi'lek. |

Whatever that was, she wanted to get a better idea what she was dealing with. Then she would decide whether killing it, drawing away or engaging was a better course of action. |

The she continued prying until the panel gave stirring up dust. The scavenger laughed easily and said, “Yes… open… give me your secrets. Give it to me.” He then glanced to her right and said, “Shut it Gavin, or I’ll cut you a new smile.” There was nothing there. She then started pulling dead wires and parts from the exposed innards of the craft. |

A madwoman, or conversing with something Moyr couldn't see. A Force Ghost? All the more reason to use the safety of shadows to gather additional information about the wretcher scavenging creature. Like whether she was armed. |

She paused and then pulled out something, it looks like a metallic dusty box with a mess of wires around it. The scavenger said aloud, “Yeah this should be good.” She cocked her head as if listening and then said, “No, this time it will be good. Shut it Gavin!” She then stood and stood merely meters away from Moyr, the woman had not seen a bath in ages and the odor was fierce. She tapped the object and looked at it, but the junk didn’t do anything. |

Moyr tried to get behind the back of the scavenger and put the gun against her head, but that proved quite difficult. But an instantaneous opening may be giving her another shot at gaining the upper hand... Deception - Challenge! 0 Successes, 3 Advantage |

The scavenger turned only to have a blaster shoved in her face. Well this isn’t what she expected and stumbled back against the wall. She hissed, “Gavin you were supposed to be looking out!” She then said to Moyr, “So you think you can steal my prize?” |

"No. I want you to answer a few questions though. Like who the two of you are and what Gavin and you are looking for." Moyr kep the blaster ready in case the scavenger got some silly ideas. |

“Me, I’m… uhh… I don’t remember the master usually calls me Scab. Yes Scab works,” she said pressing her forehead to the barrel. “You don’t serve the master, not like Gavin and I.” |

"Keep distance or I shoot you, Scab. We are building trust here, you and me. Do not spoil it by trying to overcome me. Who's your master then, Scab? Are you looking for things on her request?" Moyr inched away to keep the distance she wanted. |
