Remmington heads down to the Tombs again. Keeping his eyes open for guard patrols he looks for a terminal so that he can deactivate the security systems. |

Jun-Tsu was just happy that she was wearing all black to maybe not be spotted, but she was almost entirely certain that if someone came anywhere near here they would be caught. The thought did cause her to tense up but she forced herself to relax, wondering if Rem had a backup plan if this didn't work. She peered over his shoulder, after taking one last look around, as he worked on the terminal wishing in vein that he would hurry up. But he was undoubtedly going as quickly as he could. |

Remmington manages to rewire some of the security but it is only enough time for one person. "Dang. It is only going to be off long enough for one of us to get through." Overriding tomb security. Mechanics/Int. Mental Tools. Assist from Jun-Tsu. 1eA+2eP+2eB+3eD = 1 success, 1 advantage May use advantage to give boost to Jun-Tsu's next roll. To PF |

Jun-Tsu pushed Remmington to leave quickly and head on in. "I'll ztay here! At zhe wery least I may be able to stall zhe patrolz if I zee them. Or give you a diztraction vhen you return. You're zhe only v'one of us who knovs vhere you're going. Go now!" She then turned away from the terminal and kept watch for Rem. |

Remmington quickly moves back to what he is doing and continues to work. "Wait... I can do this." He breathes out a sigh of relief when the doors open fully. "Whew... made it." He looks over to Jun-Tsu. "Let's get going before someone comes." He takes out his datapad and pulls up the maps of the tombs. He enters and waits for Jun-Tsu to get inside before he closes the door. Overriding tomb security for 2nd person. Mechanics/Int. 1eA+2eP+2eB+3eD = 1 success, 3 advantage Using 2 advantage to give Remmy a boost die to next roll as well. |

Jun-Tsu continued to glance behind them, but then bolted off with Rem into the tombs. The faster they got in the sooner they could get out, but each moment that it took was a risk. She reached out with the Force to feel the area around her, pick up on anyone who might be coming or nearby. Force Power: Sense - 1eF = 1 Dark Side |

Remmington shows Jun-Tsu the maps on his datapad and puts pins on a few different locations. "This place is a maze. I was here last night after Overseer Thaine sent a few of us on a suicide mission. We fought some shadow thing. Pretty nasty thing. So I want to get this done quick and get out. We may have to rely on your powers in order to avoid trouble or figure out which locations we should head to first." |

There is nothing living near by but it is a maze and there are few if any lights. The place feels dead and alive and at the same time, eerily silent and cold and yet always as if something is watching just out of the corner of the eye. OOC: Cool or Discipline rolls at Hard difficulty, spending a Destiny for each. Setback die for being in a vergence. |

Discipline (Willpower) - 2eP+1eA+1eC+2eD+1eS = 1 success, 1 threat, 1 triumph Once again, when confronted by the sheer force and strength of the Dark Side Jun-Tsu could only become enraptured at its glory. She felt its touch against her skin, running up and down her spine. It felt like electricity and felt so familiar to her. The fact that for the last three weeks she had effectively been a walking vergence of her own thanks to the Void Engine, had only acclimatized her to this naturally unnatural sensation. "Zhis place," she smiled and let out a shuttering breath of ecstasy. "It remindz me of home." |

Remmington is slowly getting used to it but perhaps it because he was just fighting for his life just last night but he feels tingly all over. "I am still not quite used to this. Though I am glad you are enjoying it Jun-Tsu." He smiles. Cool/Presence. 1eA+1eP+1eC+2eD+1eS = 1 success, 5 threat |

Jun-Tsu is bathed in the power and the dark side reciprocates her inner darkness. She can hear voices directing her where to go, as if they know of the goal and the desires burning within them. Gentle caress of the dark light flows around her and she can see figures bow to her in the shadows, faint impressions of eras gone by. Remmington feels no fear but feels hot pain on his cheek and the dribbling of blood. The darkness takes its toll. OOC: Converting all threat into 1 wound on Remmington. Triumph gets Jun-Tsu guidance. |

"I can feel it," she began to move more quickly, her eyes pouring over the echoes and flows of the Dark Side. She worked her way further into the labyrinth. She could almost not even stop herself from being pulled through the halls, and somewhere deep in the back of her mind, she wondered if she would ever be able to get out of here. But it was suppressed by her overwhelming desire to heed the call of the dark. |

Remmington nods. "Alright, let's get what we came for and get out of here." He wipes the sweat off his face. A little surprised to find blood mixed in there as well. |

The shades and shadows guide the duo deep into the bowels of the restricted tombs, here the air is armer and the archetctiure looks more primal and older. The airtastes older and they find a broken stone pillar in the center of the chamber with a massive greatsword plunged deep into it. As they approach a shadow rises and the torches flare to life with green flames. The shade speaks but in a language that neither is ultimately familiar with. OOC: Education or Outer Rim at Hard difficulty to maybe understand. |

Remmington has absolutely no idea what kind of crazy moon language this shadow is saying. He looks over to Jun-Tsu. "You got any idea what it is saying?" Shadow say what? Education/Int. 3eA+3eD = 2 failures, 1 advantage Forgot boost die from before. Not that it matters much. 1eB = 0 successes, 1 advantage 2 advantages for 1 Boost to next roll for Remmy. Jun-Tsu still has 1 boost die from before. |

Knowledge: Education (Intellect) - 3eA+3eD+1eB = 3 failures, 3 advantages (spending 2 to give Rem a boost to next roll) Jun-Tsu shook her head. She knew the Sith tongue as most everyone in the Empire did, but this was somehow older or alien. She knew the lore of these places, the power that moved about them, but the inhabitants and their language she could only guess at in part. She folded her hands in front of her and took a step forward trying to garner a better understanding of the shadowy figure, the dark shade. |

Neither aspirant fully understands what the shade is saying but does not let them pass and keeps pointing at their hands speaking in the ancient language of the primal sith tribes, or probably more accurate one of the many primal languages that formed on the planet before Modern sith became so dominant. Remmington catches the word for blood, while Jun-Tsu can make out a phrase, "The key runs deep with blood..." OOC: Boosting rolls is usually for combat or structured time events, in stuff like this I usually use Advantage and Threat to fine tune the results of your rolls for future rolling. |

OOC: Sounds fine with me. "I....beliewe he iz zaying ve must make a zacrifice. Or perhapz zomezhing about...." she shook her head. "It zeems to be zaying zhat zhe key runz deep vith blut. I zhink ve need to make an offering of blut." She would test her theory herself. If she was wrong that it be upon her. Rem might know something better later. Pulling her Sith sword from her back, she held the blade in her other hand. With a controlled clench of her jaw she cut her hand and held it out to the shade. Waiting to see if such an act would even be acknowledged. |

The shade grasps her hand sending cold waves down her arm. The Blood is quickly pulled into the inky darkness of the shade and it dissipates. |

Her grip on the sword tightened at the sensation, but knew there was little she could do save let it happen. The chill that spread through her was not wholly unfamiliar, but that did not make it pleasant. She shuddered and then pulled away as soon as the wraith was done. When it was, she drew back the hand which, with only a bit of focus and a few motes of translucent jade energies illuminating the darkness around her hand, bound the wound. |

Remmington nods. "I guess I shall do the same. Let me borrow your sword for a moment." Once given permission he will cut his palm and also presented it to the shade. |

"I guess so." Remmington seems a little disappointed that he went through the effort but nevertheless approaches the pillar to pull the sword free. |
