The default for areas around the Academy is that they are patrolled by Imperial forces and wild creatures, treasure hunters, and other unsavory things are curtailed. This means that you won’t have some wild nexu or dark side crazed slave trying to run you through in most threads. In areas outside the school and especially the wastes that breaks down and the region becomes lawless and dangerous for everyone. There are some Patrolled locations in the wastes but they are the exception. Posting a thread in these locations is an exercise in danger, but could be worthwhile if you say want to plunder a tomb for secrets and relics of old. This also means that areas where you are knocked unconscious and are Patrolled you will be found by Imperial authorities and brought to the Infirmary, areas outside that… well hope you have trusting friends. Areas that are not Patrolled always have a chance for a dangerous encounter, not always combat but definitely dangerous and possibly lethal. |
