No but you have extra cushion in case something stabs you.

For the library, can we do the same roll 3 times or do we need 3 different skills?

So 2 people doing the Welcome Event together would result in 1 bonus die, right?

It depends on the skills involved if the person is untrained in the given skill then it's a bonus die otherwise you use the highest stat and highest skill if equal then just a bonus die.

From the way Triumph is written. Do we only need three successes to get through or three successful rolls with the Triumph success being special to reduce the timeslots needed?

In other words, is it theoretically possible to roll enough success' without Triumph and complete it in only one roll?

For which event?

If it is Welcome to Korriban, you only need 2 successes. A Triumph reduces time and counts as two successes but you have to make all rolls.

Am I able to use Foresee Basic Power for finding the academy?

Quote:
The force user can feel the Force flowing around everything, seeing what is and what will be.

The user may spend force dice to gain vague hints of events to come, up to a day into his own personal future.

I will allow it., successful use of Foresee will grant 1 success.

So, with the increased Dice.

If I did a group with Sylvain, would I essentially be adopting his challenge Die into one of my rolls while rolling for the group who are supplying me with Bonus Dice?

Sorry, tried to edit this in because I forgot it, also thanks!

Also, to double check, can we use a Destiny point as well to downgrade the Challenge die back?

Just realized Heavy clothing doesn't help out via response above. Though it might or would for Resilience but suppose that'd be for heavier types of things.

Just re-rolling is the best way to go about it in this scenario, right?

If you have more than one Bonus die, then yes.

Would scanner goggles confer a bonus on the welcome event for survival? They're macrobinoculars that also allow you to see in the dark. Gotta imagine the macrobinoculars part would give a bonus, at least.

Regarding the Reputation 7 bonus

Quote:
Reputation Level 7: You have made a good name for yourself, warranted or not you have earned the respect of the staff and faculty. Rolls during School events give you 2 boost dice as you are helped at every turn.

That's 2 boost dice to every roll, correct? Or is it meant to be 2 floating dice you can add over the duation of the event?

Wow.

That is really good.

I thought it was 2 Boost Dice to be distributed... then I have even more dice on my rolls. :? Do I just add those on, since Boost-dice don't give negative effects?

"Any advantage rolled reduces time by 30 minutes."

Is that per advantage, or is it that if you get any number of advantages on a roll, the roll is reduced by 30 minutes?

AKA: if you get 3 advantages, does that particular roll take 30 minutes (2 hours - 3x30 minutes) or 1 hour 30 minutes?
