For the Successful Target Acquisition step would it be possible to use Cunning (deceit) to appear to be another dissident and thus gain a confession? |

Even if we find a target successfully in Find the Suspect, can we choose to do I Tell No Lies anyway? Really looking hard at that Graduation Point. >_> |
