The Dark Academy on Korriban

Darth Baras: A powerful and influential Sith Lord, Lord Baras is the direct apprentice of Darth Vengen and a pivotal figure in the war against the Republic. A shrewd and knowledgeable tactician he is very well respected throughout the Sith. His family is well versed in the force and his sister is also a powerful Sith, Darth Ekkage serving in the Outer Rim. He is known for his loyalty to his Master and his dedication to breaking the enemies of the Empire. His latest victory was uncovering a plot against the Dark Council orchestrated by Jedi agent working in deep cover. The Jedi escaped but the spy network he had in place was effectively dismantled and the traitors eradicated. Recently he has requested an office on Korriban, a move that some believe may precipitate him taking on a new apprentice. Lord Baras is now Darth Baras and acting Minister of War.

Lord Zash: An explorer and archivist of Sith lore, Lord Zash has not gained much glory in the actual conflict but has gained recognition for expanding the knowledge of the Sith often by unorthodox means. She has been known to negotiate with aliens and even Republic agents to get what she wants and scoffs at claims that she does not hold to the traditions that define the Sith. She is also a known as a lover of culture and is often invited to many of the lavish parties and affairs of the influential Imperials and Sith of high society. She has not openly declared that she is seeking a new apprentice, but given that her last apprentice died on an expedition into Wild Space she is in the market for a replacement.

Darth Marr: A war hero and member of the Dark Council, any apprentice in service to Darth Marr would be in for a prestigious career. He is a major presence on the Council and one of the most skilled Sith Warriors in existence, excluding the Wrath of the Emperor. Darth Marr leads the war from the front, his flagship often at the vanguard of the most crucial conflicts. He has several apprentices including the fiery Lord Lachris, a powerful Sith currently leading the offensive on the Republic colony world of Oshana.

Darth Xavin: An apprentice of Darth Arya, he has recently split from his Master and aligned himself with Darth Thanaton. Xavin believes in tradition and the superiority of Sith blood over all things. Any apprentice he chose would be one that represents the best of the Sith in tradition and breeding. His devotion to purity and dogmatic pursuit of the Sith ideal made him the perfect candidate to police the Sith and make sure they have not fallen from the true path. He has been successful though many murmur he is just an attack dog for Darth Thanaton and killing off his enemies with legal justification.

Lord Hoshi: Lord Hoshi is the only nonhuman, a twi'lek, on this list and one of the most brutal. She is responsible for turning at least two worlds to glass marbles. Apprenticed to Darth Jadus, she believes in the power of terror and total subjugation of the enemy. Despite her fearsome reputation she has shown a grand distaste for slavery and the Hutt cartel. One of the worlds was a Hutt controlled pleasure planet, the other was a world that left the Empire for the Republic. Lord Hoshi has yet to take on an apprentice, but has been making overtures to take on one of the students from the Academy as a Sith without a legacy is a Sith a without a future, or so it is said.

All of these Sith are known to be possibly looking for apprentices.
