Xevine stood tall and strong in front of the view out into space. She visited the moons of Dromund Kaas, and some closer planets, but this was the farthest she has ever went from home. It was a strange feeling, but not an unwelcome one. She was raised to prize independance, strength and cunning. And now was the time to harness those lessons. |

Niriti's steps softly pressed on the floor of the observation deck. She reached the glass of the deck and looked out towards the planet bellow, the planet that would be her home for the next coming months: Korriban. It was the first time she would set foot on the planet, yet she was eager and excited with the idea. She looked to her side and saw a female zabrak, and smiled towards her. She could swear she had seen her before. |

Having horns and spikes on one's face made some difficultes when trying to be friendly. "Greetings. Fellow acolyte?" Her voice was deep, and she carried a bit of Imperial accent from Dromund Kaas. |

Niriti faced the Zabrak, shifting her body towards her, her hips softly inclined towards one side. "Greetings" she replied with a breathy voice. "Yes, I am an acolyte to Korriban. I am from the planet Tarin, or whatever is remaining of it." She added with a joking tone. "And where may you be from?" |

A whole slew of observations were gathered from the short exchange, and an eye rolling was held back at the breathy voice and sultry stance. "Dromund Kaas. House Distracht's majority of holdings can be found there." She fell silent for a while, standing tall and distant in attitude. "Taris... people are still left there? Not only ghouls?" |

"House Distracht?" She repeated the name as her mind looked into her memory. "I think I have treated with your family, or at least with your home planet. I used to work for Czerka, you see, before I was told of the way of the Sith." The human woman shifted her weight to her other legs, letting her body move slowly to the other hip naturally. "It was my will to abandon that junkyard, and the reason why I got out of there asap." The human had no pride in her home planet, or what had been her family, she had built up her own pride in her own work and achievements. Although still willowy, her words seemed stern and stronger than before as she talked of her planet. "All that's left is a swamp and ruins of the ecumenópolis that it was. A pity that it was not saved from destruction and turned into our glorious Empire." |

"Ah yes... we have treated with Czerka over some of their military hardware." She recalled her father's booming voice, outraged at the prices, or the quality, or both. Still, they stuck with Czerka. Such were the vagaries of the glorious high command of the military. "It is good that they have noticed your ability then, before you were too old. I hear not everyone is taken in for the honor, they might be too old to appreciate the nuances and standards required of us." "Sadness, yet it serves its purpose. Those who defy us will look at it, and think again. If not.... well, if they are lucky, we will take it. If they are not, we can always use another junkyard." |

"Yes, at least Czerka deals with the Empire openly, unworried about what the rest of the galaxy may think of them for this. Besides, if you can't find it in Czerka, you can't find it anywhere." She offered a smile, a soft, salesmen smile. "I did my own train with a master, he also worked in the Corporation, but his duties kept him away so his training was inconsistent." She sighed remembering the time she had spent between training just working by herself in what her master had instructed her months before. "He then thought that I should join the Academy to get a continuous train." "Well, at least it proves to be an example of the great power of the Empire. If the Empire were to reconstruct it into it's previous glory, demonstrating their power to destroy and construct, to reign and dominate, it would also do well. But I find that useless, specially when the planet has no known resources." She shrugged her shoulders and disdained the idea of rebuilding the planet, or of it being of any use at all. |

"Ah..... but that is not true. I haven't heard of anyone finding a discount at Czerka yet." She smirked at her conversation partner, humor in her voice. "A sith among the Czerka... Iam sure his skills were in high demand." A salesman armied the powers of the Force must be a terrifying opponent when it comes to negotiation. "True.... rebuilding it might be a grand gesture, but we should not waste second chances, you are right...?" She left it in the air, hoping to draw out the saleswoman's name. |

"Why would they offer special deals if not many would dare deal with the Empire openly? Other companies charge extra for the secretive work, and can't sell great amounts at once like Czerka can." She thought strange to hear of a noble wanting a special deal. "If you ask me, I would say that they already sell their products to the Empire for a much lower price than to the Republic." Specially cause the ideals of the Empire were more in tune with Czerka's own. "Oh, I'm sorry I haven't presented myself yet. My name is Niriti." The woman offered her hand in a amicable handshake. |

"Xevine Distraacht." She extended her own hand towards Nitiri, alongside with a friendly nod. Her grip was firm, though nothing as banal as trying to squeeze the other's hand. She smiled. "Oh my, a serious business woman." She kept the humor in her voice, while trying to kept some slight irritation out. "Well, the economy of the Empire is much better of the Republic, so I am sure it all works out well." She decided to change the topics. "You have travelled much in the past, right:" |
