"All right, it'd better be worth the dig."

Moyr cast away the cloak entirely since the weather allowed and descendent into the corner to the dig Baes pointed out. Soon she learned that the Torguta was right, there was a mausoleum down there, albeit - as Moyr soon learned - heavily trapped. But after and hour or so of work and constant calls for tools the traps were disassembled and Moyr tore a box from the skeletal hands of an old Sith mummy.

"Well, well. I wonder what it could be. A holocron?"

"Uh-huh. Let's bring it in. I don't see much use for it, but who knows, it may please the supervisors."

Moyr shrugged.

"After that, I am going to head out to check on our speeder."

She carefully handles the relic and secures it in the containment device.

"Your thoughts about Syl, Baes?"

Moyr decided to chat a bit on the way.

"And any news from that Layne? I met someone seeking dirt on her yesterday."

Well, this was also an opportunity to catch up.

"Syl? I wonder if he'll prove competent but I don't like his type of character."

She reajusted her grip over the box

"As for Layne we met her this morning...It seems an overseer wanted to have her killed but underestimated her strength. She even killed a Shadow Beast."

She laughed when Moyr talked about the c'est

"Someone seeking dirt on her is likely an idiot. Who was that person?"

"I don't think she introduced herself. A curvaceous human with a condescending approach. I didn't like her aura."

Moyr frowned.

"I wonder a few things about Syl too. Competency is one of them. Character is another. Either there's something beneath the mask you dislike, or he's just a worthless bon vivant all the way down. I haven't decided yet. Perhaps we'll learn tonight. But the truth is our adventure with Zash is a political struggle as much as anything else. And to see this through we need the clout neither of us two have, and Zeno may not be willing to lend."

''That's because she wants it so...but lack of manners aside she is quite fair in her dealings. If she can survive the enemies she makes she will be a force to be known.''

Her forehead stretched when thinking about Syl

''He's a noble, a politician...his kind his tricky. I'm sure that he is used to talk his way throught thing. A useful skill but no one that builds backbone or a realistic view of things.''

"We shall see about that, perhaps soon enough."

She grinned.

"We don't have to like each other's associates to stick together. What comes next on our nefarious list of malevolent things to do?"

''Agreed''

She grinned as well

''My nefarious sense tells me we should help out Layne with her excursion to the black pyramid. People me not like her but she as a talent about finding incredible stuff. Korriban itself seems to be calling to her. And that bring us back to the one who wanted dirt on her: if we find dirt on the one who asked you this, Layne will own us one...or at least be less trashy.''

"So now I should go around seeking her favour? Come on, Baes, you don't believe what you're saying."

Moyr scoffed.

"I may do that anyway for my own reasons though. The Black Pyramid, when is this planned?"

Baes laughed

''No, no...don't seek her favor. I'm just saying that's something we can use.''

She shrugs with a smile about the expedition

''Since the events morning and yesterday I am not sure. Layne seek something there but there is bound to have more stuff to get our grubby hands on. If anything else it might also make us score points with the administration for the exploration.''

"I am tired of endearing administration. It probably won't get my future on track I want."

She pouted.

"I need a different kind of being proactive."

''Well, I am kind of a nerd'' she said grinning

''What do you have in mind?''

"Finding myself a master I can get along with. Smart, open-minded and not too overbearing."

Moyr smiled wryly.

"I like you the way you are, Baes."

''That would be nice'' she says in agrement

She then fakes embarrasment with great mirth

''Awww. I also like you the way your are Moyr''

"We need to add some angst and envy to this relationship description, otherwise we turn out as some filthy Jedi softies."

Moyr grinned.

"I am horribly jealous of your tech skills!"

Baesal gave a laugh

''And I despise how good your plump rump is at finding stuff! I wish my ass was half as competent!''

"My tush, you jealous plank, is the best trailblazer in the Rim. Wait, that sounded wrong."

Moyr played out deadpan bragging before stopping and acting sweetly confused, with a finger on her lips.

Baesal smacked her cheeks as if struck by sudden realisation

"That explains the naked mandalorians! They wished to steal your bum's insight and incorporate it into their own!"

"Quiet! It's pure evil to tarnish my already non-stellar reputation that way!"

Moyr fake-fumed.

Baesal stops in silence en slowly nods

''I...I agree''

She then goes to kneel right behing Moyr before continuing, speaking directly to her bum

''I'm sorry, Ô lush finder of ways! Can you forgive my transgression!''

"Only if you get to your feet right now and repeat this later in private so I can do what I feel like doing in such an orientation."

Moyr said quietly, turning and taking Baes by the chin with her finger.
