The Dark Academy on Korriban

Remmington sits on a stump by the encampment that the Academy has set up. He is taking the time out here to read up on his studies on his datapad while they have time.

Remmington wasn't the only one studying... an unfamiliar red female was walking by, just looking around.

Remmington offers the Sith girl a polite bow. "Good afternoon acolyte. I don't think I have seen you around before. Remmington Thalalas is the name."

Sinea sat down next to the man. "Usually I prefer to sit back and observe before jumping. Sinea Okatesh, from House Okatesh. Remmington Thalalas, I take it?"

"Pleasure to make your acquaintance acolyte Okatesh. You're family is well known." Remmginton comments with a smile as she sits down next to him.

"That is right. How are you finding things on Korriban so far?"

'Well enough.... not many things have tried to kill me yet, so I count myself lucky." She smiled at the man. "I even found a lightsaber crystal the otherd day, luckily enough."

"That is pretty lucky. I have found a few things that wanted to kill me already." Remmington casually jokes.

"Ah, that is a pretty good find. So are you going to build your own lightsaber then?"

Sinea nodded. "I should... I am not much for lightsaber combat, but it is only proper, no?" She smiled at the man. "Of course, I still need to know how to construct it..."

She turned to him. "Oh, what kind of things have you met then? Sounds... interesting. And dangerous."

"Ah, if that is your own problem then I can show you or just make it for you." Remmington offers.

"Well I had a nice swim in a river somewhere in these wilds. Fought some sort of shade as well. Nasty piece of business that was."

"Oh? What kind of shade? That is a new one for me..." Swimming in the river didn't seem like the best of ideas, to be honest.

"I am not as familiar with lore but I can describe it for you." Remmington describes the shadow beast that they encountered in the Tombs.

"The thing gave me a rather nasty scar too." He opens up his top to show her his chest. Aside from being athletic there is a nasty scar across his chest from what appears may have been a large nasty creature.

"Oh, that does seem painful." She leaned in closer to observe the scar. "Have you seen it since?"

Remmington shakes his head. "Thankfully no. We defeated it so I don't think I'll encounter it again... or at least not that one. I suspect there are more."

"Well, that is good news at least. Though who knows how many similar creatures are out there." Sinea smirked. "Our masters spared no expense to make sure we have the most opportunities to die a horrible death here."

"Apparently it builds character." Remmington chuckles and shrugs his shoulders.

"Though you better hurry and get a lightsaber soon. We'll probably need one soon."

Changing the topic a little he smiles and asks. "So what were you doing before coming here acolyte Okatesh?"
