Sat in a random spot in the encampment early in the morning. Setting it all out before her once again, Kristal set to attempting the construction of her lightsaber yet again. Alone. Because that was what she felt was proper. As it would seem she only earned herself more frustration as the pieces simply wouldn't go together as she wished. Head in palms she blew air out over the entirety of her face, pushing up her hair as it escaped between the cracks.

[Advantage to recoup parts again maybe? :D I ask, hopeful.]

Waking up bright and early after a fairly restless night, Nunki very quickly spotted Kristal fiddling with her own saber hilt. And not making much progress.

She watched her work for a quick moment, before stepping forward.

"You're putting that piece in backwards." She says, pointing to a small part laying next to her, now seemingly discarded in frustration.

Looking up from her palms, Kristal found the sight of Nunki then back to the saber. Picking up the piece she put it in reverse, as Nunki instructed and it slipped together perfectly. With that Kristal merely shook her head as she smirked. Looking to the sky.

Turning about she looked more properly to Nunki, "It has been a long few days."

"It sure has, especially for you. I heard about what happened." Nunki smiles reassuringly, and continues. "And don't worry, I did the same thing the first time I messed with my hilt. That little guy's a bitch."

"I am sure you have," Kristal looked over Nunki for a moment, sizing her up. "I will be honest, I did not expect to see you again when we reached the planet."

Kristal spoke with that cool Imperial tone, adding a bit to the implication that she didn't think Nunki would survive.

Baesal came in the relative area as Nunki and the girl from yesterday. She set herself down in the shade of a large rock and began working on her own project before returning to her tent for breakfast

"We're all filled with surprises, aren't we?" She smiles, turning briefly at the sound of footsteps as Baesal enters. Nunki offers a friendly nod, but nothing more.

Turning back to Kristal, she says "I was actually one of the first back, turns out we landed right next to a cave that led straight to the academy. Convenient, huh?"

"Yes, convenient..." Kristal said with a little irritation to her tone at that. Something about Nunki was off for her, she didn't like how... chipper she was. Or perhaps something else like that.

"Is there something you need?" She finally asks, looking between Nunki and the work she had been doing.

"Well, no, I saw you fiddling with that part, just thought I'd help you out." She says, somewhat trailing off towards the end. Then, she shrugs and asks "What's wrong with polite conversation?"

"Nothing. This is Korriban, there is no conversation that is so simple," she responds. Kristal's voice holding that cool Imperial tone to it as she spoke.

"Not every conversation has an ulterior motive. I simply wished to help you with your lightsaber. It is a fairly daunting task, building a hilt. Not one that should be taken lightly." She says, and points to a small piece sitting next to Kristal. "Put that in wrong, it'll snap and you'll be screwed."

"Forgive me then," she said shaking her head. That she was about to repeat herself never seemed to register, "A trying few days."

Rather than let the conversation remain on Nunki offering her advice, Kristal aimed to change the subject. Probing with a topic.

"After I met you I had the thought to find out what you were hiding on our first conversation, I never did."

Nunki looks over Kristal curiously, then asks "How so? What did you think I was hiding?"

"Who you were, clearly. Or do you not recall the lies you told me on the Ship," shaking her head. "Not definitely lies, but perhaps just half truths."

"I do remember what I told you on the ship, but I told no lies." she says, doing her best to keep her voice calm. She starts walking to sit next to Kristal. "I was born a spacer, I spent time on Nar Shadaa and Dromund Kaas. If you'd like to pry further, I'm here, feel free to shoot. Not literally, of course." She smiles at her joke, then rests her hands on her lap.

"Could you tell me exactly how you discovered you were a force Sensitive again? Something about a family leisure trip that stopped through a Imperial Station?" she said, voice cool and confident.

"Not exactly." she says, leaning back slightly. "It was on Dromund Kaas itself, my parents were there to sell something. What it was, I was not privy to. The details are fuzzy. But I remember something happening, and my parents being approached by somebody." She changes tones to something more lighthearted. "Then, it was off to study and learn about the force."

Story seemed to match up, as far as Kristal could tell. Either Nunki was a crafty well trained liar or she wasn't lying.

"Understood," she said in a rather crisp Military manner. Perhaps she could have said more, but in truth it wasn't Kristal whom started this conversation.
