Baesal was busy checking and preparing the last defenses that were prepared for the upcomming battle. She did not do it for the money, she did it for more selfish reasons: she wanted to guve her friends a fighting chance

Remmington is working as well to protect his friends though he is also doing it for the credits. He works feverishly... quite literally. He doesn't look so good.

After finishing some work he moves to set up more laser turret defenses and greets Baesal. "Hey Baesal. How's it going on your end?"

''Not bad'' she said looking at the gun placements

''Everything should be working quite well''

"I'm done on my end here." Remmington says. "So are you ready for our graduation? I believe we should be heading back soon."

''I'm more ready then anybody else''

My graduation will be in the republic I'm afraid

Remmington nods and smiles. "That is great to hear Baesal. That reminds me. How is that project of yours coming along? I kind of reached a snag with me. Need some major funding." He laughs a bit sarcastically.

''Funding is always the problem'' she replies

''I got mine finished however''

Remmington regards her with a curious look of someone that wishes to subscribe to their magazine. "Oh? Congrats there Baesal. So is your project a secret still or you wiling to show off now?"

She pondered the question

''I suppose I could show you...''

She got her second, strange looking lightsaber from her belt.

''That is what I worked on: The Ionsaber''

Remmington looks over the strange lightsaber curiously. "Ionsaber? The same as ion beams which disrupt electric systems and shields?" He asks.
