For building lightsabers, if I work with someone whonalready made theirs, do I get the difficukty reduction? Or do I need a teacher/holocron for that?

Need something special for that. But they can use assist rules with you as long as you make the roll.

Is off-screen salvaging-for-credits via Streetwise or Skulduggery possible? I don't want to build anything, just improve my cash flow by selling parts. Or perhaps there is some other Korriban commodity that can be harvested and sold?

It requires a time slot but if you want to do it off screen sure.

So much hunting, each success only nets 50 credits of junk and parts. Advantage is another 15 credits.

Dual wielding. If one is dual wielding weapons do they get the benefit of both weapons' passive abilities? If one gets enough advantage to activate the second weapon and still has enough advantage to activate a crit on each can they get 2 crits?

You can crit with both and you can activate abilities of both weapons. You have to hit first and you have to activate the second weapon before you can crit with it.
