If Communing with the Force/Korriban, is it the same roll and difficulty as in this earlier scene:

Failing the Discipline roll gives two setback to a Cool roll, Hard Difficulty, to not lose your nerve and suffer 5 strain, threat on the roll increase the strain. Advantage can decrease the Strain.

When doing group rolls, can we split skills/attributes?

For example, Person A has int 3, Person B has Lore 2, so could we roll with Int 3/Lore 2?

That is indeed how it functions. But there is no boost die for assistance if you do that.

Yep you only add the boost die if you have the same skill/attribute ranks or one person has no skill at all.

Well I managed to rewire security but only for 1 person. May I try another method such as hacking to get the other person through?
