"Don't know if they're still alive, to be honest. My sources are a bit unclear on that."

She gives a smile. "But if they're still alive, or there's other kinds of trouble out there, I don't mind having backup for a sticky situation. Already seen how well you handle yourself in a fight."

"I'm pretty good at handling myself in all sorts of situations," he says with a wink. "Any time you need deep and fast penetration you let me know. I'm a hell of a pilot and can get you past enemy lines."

Whether it had been intentional or not from Zeno's side, Shaisha couldn't help herself but to laugh.

"I'll let you know. But in all seriousness..." she clears her throat, trying to sober herself up a little after that little outburst. "I'll be asking Khalim if he wants to tag along too. He's expressed an interest in such history regarding the Sith."

Zeno smiles at the laughter.

"Yes. Khalim and I are planning something as well. Perhaps you could tag along on that, but I'd rather you chat with him about it first. He's the leader on that one."

"Sounds like the three of us should have a closer talk about what to do then," she grins. "You two have proven yourselves competent, and helpful, so I'm more than willing to team up with you."

"Sounds like. Maybe we should arrange something tomorrow," he says. "I may not be full blooded, but the power is present and I can't imagine much standing in our way."

"Full-blooded or not, you're more Sith than a majority of the other Aspirants, Zeno," she says, lifting her chin as she looks him over approvingly.

"I live up to the expectations my father expects of me in that regard," he says with confidence. "He always demanded that of me and I refuse to disappoint."

"Fathers can be very demanding in that regard," she shoots him a knowing grin. "What sort of master do you have your eyes on then? Considering his expectations of you."

"He is not particular about which master I serve. More that I serve well and use my connections to assist his own plans and work to elevate the Deathwright family. My personal interests were originally to find a master among those that fight on the front lines of the war, but fate has seemingly led me to Lord Zash. And her status and abilities are proof of the value of her pursuits."

"An interesting choice. Lord Zash isn't exactly one who is engaged with the war efforts," she muses, "but if you wish to continue a stronger tradition for Force Sensitivity within the Deathwright House, it would probably be suitable with one as her who is said to be very knowledgable."

"As I said, fate seems to have drawn me down that path. The dark side apparently wants me to see my current situation through. So I will," he says with a shrug. "I don't consider it ideal, but it is a boon none-the-less."
