The Dark Academy on Korriban

It was the rare moments like this that Shaisha was happy for her much smaller frame. It had also made her a champion at hide-and-seek as a child.

With a brief nod, she tied the opening closed.

Slyvain reached into his belongings again and pulled out another object, "Presenting, Holocron #2! Well... I guess it should be #1 since I found it first."

He held it out for Shaisha to see.

Observing from the side Kristal waited to see how things would turn out. Sylvain's decision to make, his secret to reveal, and thus she avoided weighing in at all. Part of her was wary though, wondering how Shaisha might react. It was unfamiliar ground they were crossing after all.

Two... TWO Holocrons!! And now they tell me!

Shaisha raised an eyebrow.

"Didn't know they were handing these out now.."

It was hard to tell if she was so far taking the news well, or if it was a calm before the storm.

He chuckled, " 'Handing them out'? I had to wrestle two sith hounds to get this one. And had to sneak into the tombs to get the other one."

Shaking his head he smiled, "You just got to hang out with your old buddies more. This holocron has Republic data from that outpost that was corrupted but is being repaired now by my friend inside."

He looked at her, "It's a holo-recording of a Jedi from around the time of the attack on Korriban. She's spunky and naive, but can be worked with. She helped me and Kris on our trip out to the outpost. I told you I got the intel from something I found on the first day right? This is who I got it from."

There were times when Shaisha took more after her father than her mother (who she had inherited the most from in appearances). The passive yet predatory scowl, the hint of red in her eyes... It made it seem more like she should have the nickname Little Wrath.

"I do not think it wise to put your faith in a Jedi, regardless of their charm."

He chuckled, "No faith in her, Shaisha. But if you had a way of sneaking in to a Republic Outpost and could access all their files without a professional hacker, you could see how that could be useful? Or if Kris has a broken Jedi lightsaber, how they might help fix it?"

He smiled, "She has use even if she can't be trusted fully."

The expression didn't change. Jedi teachings were heretical. The Jedi had tried to exterminate her kind. The Jedi were corrupt at the core, lacking in a warrior's honor.

"Go on," she said calmly.

"Can you play nice?" He asked.

"For Kris' sake," she replied bluntly with a slight nod.

He chuckled, "Good enough for me."

He then closed his eyes and began calling upon the force to activate the Holocron.

The holocron blossoms into the image of Thy and she says, “Hey Sylvain, how can I be of service today? Oh who is this? You're a Sith, like the people sith... probably a Sith sith... you really need better names.”

The Daughter of Wrath looked very unimpressed.

"Yes, a Sith sith."

Sylvain chuckled, "This is Shaisha, she's a friend of mine."

He then pointed over to Kristal, "You remember Kris. She's got a question for you."

“Oh your girlfriend, is she here?” Thy asks.

“I like her she was… nice? Greetings Shaisha, Thy Yulani, Jedi Knight.”

"Greetings. Not often I will have the chance to see a Jedi this up close without lightsabers being involved."

Not that she was going to deny the girlfriend-term for Kristal.

"Yes, Thy. My "girlfriend"." He replies with a chuckle and a teasing tone on the word 'girlfriend'.

"She was wondering if you had some insight on helping her repair your old friend's lightsaber. It got damaged by an awful creature down in the old tombs. We figured since you had made a similar one, you'd know what she may be doing wrong and could help."

There was something odd about that term being thrown around. Was she? She supposed that it could apply now... sort of, in a way? Regardless, she was hoping to ask a different question. Not search for answers to that one.

Thus Kristal's usual response on that matter never arrived. Probably giving a few answers to some.

"If you would lend me your aid, it would be appreciated," Kristal added. Feeling a necessity to get her voice in the mix despite not truly adding anything.

Thy nods and says, “Well probably like you Sith a Jedi creates their own lightsaber this has been our way since well the founding. It is an intense an personal journey, you must do the same but not all are mechanically incline and we allow the force to guide us in the construction. This means our weapons naturally attuned to the light. Perhaps you can do something similar but with dark Sithy things.”

Sylvain knew what Kristal thought about that lightsaber and the ones who carried it before. He also guessed it'd be hard to have her ask for it. So he'd take the heat from Shai instead.

"I think I'd prefer to repair it how it was originally intended rather than torn apart for parts and formed into a completely new thing. Right?" He looked to Kris but didn't wait for a response.

"If you could help her tonight when she's putting it together that'd be super cool." He said.

Then whispered to the image (though there was no way everyone didn't hear him), "Gives me a reason to invite her over to my room tonight. Help a guy out."

Thy rolls her eyes and says, “That’s fine.”

"I trust male Jedi aren't as insufferable as Syl," Shaisha rolls her eyes as well.

“The good ones at least, you would be surprised,” she says honestly.

“Master Xe’fi was a gentle-ithorian. A being of dignity and poise.”

Given the slight change to the dynamic that had rather recently occurred, Kristal's response was a tad different.

Daggers, metaphorical ones luckily, stared down Sylvain with that cold glare. Arms crossed, single finger tapping on her arm.

“Ahem… so just channel the force, it is a meditative technique some Jedi used when they engage in mechanical work. Allowing the flow of the force to guide their hands,” she says with a nod.
