The Dark Academy on Korriban

Her lekku contracted as he took charge, affected by transference of passion lips were experiencing. They throbbed lightly. While her thighs went through a similar squeeze on his hips, her hands remained in firm grip on the rock. His passion surge was feeding back into her. It took some added will to pull back, but pulling back she did, placing a finger between his lips and hers as she straightened.

"I didn't hear my word of consent."

She fought down the slightly ragged breath with deep inhaling that made her tape-wrapped bosom billow. But she smiled. Perhaps with less confidence than usual, but more genuinely.

He smiled and slid his hands gently back down to her hips, his fingers tracing sweet lines of teasing passion.

Grabbing the curves of her waste he replied, "I sensed it."

He kissed her once.

"Before."

Twice

"During."

Again.

"And after."

Then finally with greater heat and length.

His kissing offensive didn't soften her any further, however. She reciprocated with greater caution and eventually pulled out for good.

"Syl."

She said with a gentle reprimand in her voice. Her eyes were firmly on him, but mostly without the mist of passion-impaired judgement.

"We spoke about a token. Whatever is in your head does not correspond with this time and place."

Gently but decisively, she pushed her hips off his grip and slid off him, caressing his cheek with the inside of her palm.

Sylvain shook his head, "You must think really low of me to think I was considering anything more than what you offered."

He shrugged, "I suppose your trust isn't deep enough in me, yet. I hope someday that will change."

He looked with a sincere look in his eyes, "I am no fool Moyr. Passionate, sure. But no fool; I don't do things that would jeopardize the people I'm with."

She makes out with me, but when I kiss back... she runs away. I'm not sure I get what happened... Some scar in her past?

He sighed inwardly, this had turned out to be even more disappointing that Kris if this is how it ended. At least with Kris he knew what the hell was going on.

"I think you're not getting it right, sweetheart."

She chided him with a chuckle, but her body position spoke more of her anxiety.

"You're the first man I kissed since I lost my long-time parnter. It was different, and it got me passionate. And I am not ready to abandon my self-control with you just yet."

She sighed.

"Still disappointed?"

Standing up slowly he gently wrapped her in his arms. Kissing the crest of her forehead he apologized.

"I didn't know. I'm sorry Moyr. We'll take a rain check for another day. Your token was more than generous today."

He pulled her back and smiled, "Thanks for coming out... I think we got a bit past the games we've been playing."

She didn't answer readily, nor did she resist. Rather, she snuggled into him and closed her eyes for a moment. Just for a moment, because they darted around for a stray tuk'ata the moment after.

"It feels good when you hold me. I have wondered, and now I know."

Her lekku climbed on his shoulders.

"I don't know if games ever end, but ours probably need to change a bit."

He smiled, "That sounds nice."

Giving her one final squeeze in his arms he released her, letting his hand slip down to grasp her's gently.

Pulling it up to his mouth he kissed it tenderly.

"Shall I escort you back home Miss Moyr?"

She watched him as he did.

"I would certainly welcome your charming company on my way to the tent some soldiers felt compelled to set up for me. I might even sing you another song."

She smirked with the slightest tint of happiness.

"I'd enjoy that." He said with a genuine smile.

How many does that make now Sylvain? 4? You think you have this covered? Don't screw the pooch.

He began walking up the dune in front of her, holding her hand to be chivalrous more than any real need for support.

Don't worry, I got this.

She looked around on the way, and that gave her an idea. It helped that Ryloth was similar to Korriban ecologically. Desert songs fit right in.

The darker parts she sang with tongue in cheek.

He listened to the song and smiled, "A song of Ryloth? Sounds harsh, but beautiful... You really are talented Moyr."

"Fortunately my pretty face and my singing voice are not what defines me. They work well as silver lining though."

She chuckled, looking at him being chivalrous.

"What is your side-talent, Syl?"

He chuckled, "I wish I had something good like you did. I'm mostly just good at getting in trouble and finding a way out. I've done some Pazaak in my day in some of the seedy parts of Kaas City. Have a decent card face."

"I like a good game of Pazaak. What has drawn you to those seedy environs?"

"Adventure." He said with a smirk. "At first my foster-sister dragged me to places like that, but then I grew accustomed to them."

"Have you ever got beaten up in a barfight then?"

She smirked, her fingers stroking his arm idly.

"I've had plenty of people take offense. Though with my friends around and my ability to influence people's minds, I've always been able to find my way out of some tight spots. Once or twice a fight happened, once or twice there may have been a fight we couldn't win and so we split instead." He smiled.

"Each day brings new and unique adventures, for those who want to enjoy them."

"So you were able to get away from trouble without consequences most of the time?"

She looked at him curiously.

"Your friends were the ones to take the heat?"

He shook his head, "Of course not. When we were really young I think the main reason Shai kept me around was to get her out of trouble. If we were in something together we were in it. If we were out of something, we all were out."

He shrugged, "We grew up in two military households, so things like loyalty and respect were fairly common place. We made smart decisions with our adventures, but even then we ended up in the occasional vine cat nest... quite literally once actually."

He chuckled, "Couldn't get out of trouble with that one. Vine cats don't listen like people in a bar do. Though Imperial mothers certainly are a harder sell when their only child comes back bloodied and bruised with holes throughout his clothes. I think I preferred the vine cats that night."

"I can picture that... sort of!"

She giggled, tickling his arm all of a sudden, then scratching it through the fabric like a cat would.

"My childhood was anything but, dull, lonesome, filled with hardships. The most excitement I was getting as a kid was stealing food and tradable items from a nearby Hutt mining station. I could steal ryll but this was hard to sell without better access to the deep black market I didn't enjoy at the time. They would have tracked me down immediately if I had ever tried that."

He smiled, "I'm guessing that was the beginning of you developing your talents for subterfuge then. We can't go back and hang out then, but anytime you feel like sneaking into my room to hang out now, feel free."

He chuckled and wrapped his arm around her shoulder gently, "I do appreciate it if you leave my things where you found them though. I know where to look if they go missing."

He then kissed the left-side of her forehead playfully.

"Pardon?"

She twitched on his suggestion that she would steal from him. She acted hurt. Lips pulled together, brow raised prosecutively, nostrils puffed open, golden eyes unblinking, lekku straight like inverted spires. The voice ringing with a steely tinge. She evaded the final phase of his caress and bent back so he would see her face.

"If i ever steal from you, Syl, it will be just one thing."

He chuckled slightly through his nose and asked, "What is that?"

"Not telling."

She pouted.
