The Dark Academy on Korriban

She wanted to claim the big rewards now, but fair enough, going back to report their success would suffice for now.

"Can't wait to see the look on people's face when they see that head," she says with a wide grin and collects the rifles that were dropped as they move back to the speeders.

He grins as well, "Indeed. I believe we've just made names for ourselves, if we hadn't already."

"Without their alpha, they'll tear each other to shreds until only one strong pack remains here. And we saw how easily the packs were dealt with," he chuckles, before grunting. "At this point, I'm pretty confident there aren't many things on this planet that can kill us short of the dark council and some of the instructors if we work together."

"I'm no good at the whole rumor spreading thing. If either of you is, make sure the right story gets passed around."

Finally the head is on the back of the land speeder.

"And keep your rifles. My gift to you."

Shaisha chuckles. "Fair enough. Will probably find some use for it."

"Oh, I'm certain word of it will be passed around. It's handy to have associates who are skilled at that sort of thing. They will all hear the story about how we faced the beast head on as we called it out to challenge us, in an epic battle of proportions that would've made Marka Ragnos himself applaud it."

Khalim chuckles amusedly, "I'm sure the tale will get around quickly."

He loads up his gear into his speeder.

"I'll deliver the ilum to you at the academy, Zeno. I'm hesitant to disarm myself while we're so far out here."

"The weight of this situation... we killed a centuries old beast that has been terrorizing the wastes. Killed countless trained professionals. This is pretty fucking awesome. And it left a second scar for me," he says. "Came back for revenge and got it."

He turns to Khalim, "That's fine."

He grins at Zeno, "Indeed. Centuries of aspirants being unable to kill this creature. I suspect we've just made rather permanent names for ourselves in the history of the Academy."

"We're the scions of great Sith Lords, it was inevitable that we would be triumphant," Shaisha chimes in, confidently exposing that aura of indomitability that had made them stand firm against the beast's fearsome charge.

"And this proves to the cowards at the Academy that we can get shit done too without being coddled by the overseers like they think we are."

Which, of course, they kind of were, given their high reputation and standing with the staff. But that was beside the point.

Zeno on the other hand, had not been coddled. He had worked for every bit that he had earned. Sure he had gotten assistance from Zash, but he earned that favor as well.

"This creature is a symbol of the power that Korriban can unleash on it's inhabitants. And we are now a symbol of the sith's dominance over the dark side in turn," Zeno says. "We are it's will."

"Seems if we work together, we can overcome great odds and achieve things few thought possible. May our interactions in the future continue to be so fruitful."

"It would be most beneficial," she agrees with a pleasant smile and hops onto her speeder.

"See you guys back here again at the first opportunity then?"

"Indeed." He says as a general answer to all the questions.
