"Which of those will take us the vaults the quickest and safest?

“Most expedient path is the sewer system which should then allow us to access a lift shaft and then 425 meters of descent into the vault. Oh my, if I was programmed for excitement, I would be beside myself,” R5 replies.

400 meters? That's going to be a pretty long climb...

She sighed, then looked around those gathered.

"Any objections?"

Moyr shrugged.

"I am not the best climber. Any ropes?"

"There should be some in the speeder. Don't think it'll cover 400 meters, but it'll be a start. Besides, maybe there'll be an intact ladder."

((ooc: guards tossed in some supplies including rope back when she got the speeder on day 3))

Baesal looks at the hatch

"I got climbing gear"

Assuming the group presses on R5 leads them through the desolate maintenance walk way into the sewer system which has an odor but nothing living remains and then into the shaft which thankfully has a notched ladder system built into the wall but still in disrepair.

It is a long climb though.

Moyr didn't exactly fall but didn't make it to the bottom by herself either.

Veers makes her way down easily and aids Moyr as well. She seems right at home here in the dark places.

Moyr nodded to Anya as they got to the bottom, adding a small smile.

"Everyone made it down ok?" it was a rhetorical question, since it would be pretty obvious if the answer had been no.

"Now, where to from here?" she grabbed her glowrod as her eyes scanned around.

Baesal adjusted her goggles and looked around and taking notes

The droid responds, “This way, we are now in the area called the Undercroft or more colloquially known as the Pit of the Dead. This is where the corpses from the slave pits and the arena were disposed.”

“We have to go one hundred meters this way till we come to a junction. Master Zyn, the schematics for this region are not in my data banks beyond that point.” The area is stone built in some primal ancient style using primitive cutting implements there is very little metal work if any in this area.

"Let's hope the place doesn't collapse on top of us."

She would follow the droid.

Moyr was following silently, looking out for traps and other threats. Strange things could fester in what essentially was an ancient mass grave. She tried out to reach through the force to discern the auras of the place but quite surprisingly the Light Side was what tried to force itself upon her.

Layne, perhaps, was a bit more lucky with the whole keeping an eye out thing.

Both Layne and Veers are quick and snatch small darts from the air from hitting Baesal and Moyr… it is unclear where they came from but Baesal can hear a mechanical clicking sound as if something has reset.

The darts seem coated in some viscous liquid…
