"That's why you're my favorite instructor. You're straightforward."

“That is nice of you to say,” she says focusing on the students.

"The riddles get tiring. I prefer a simple ass beating and ending up dead. That way I know what I have to do to fix myself," he replies with a nod.

"While we are on the subject of flattery, you also have a great sense of humour my Lord." He shrugged. "But your lessons have been invaluable." His own progress had been magnified under the lens of her incredible skill in more than one form of combat. "For example, I now have both of my legs." A faint smile crossed his lips as he thought back to his first match with Jaina, in which he had managed to impress her only to be told he was missing a leg. The force chocking had been rather exciting too.

He turned to look at Zeno. "Lord Zash? Then you are Deathwright."

"I am," he confirms wit a nod. No po arrogance or sense of superiority, nor humility. Just a statement.

Koro's lessons had done a great deal for Jo'ren Rath. There was no noticeable change as his sea of internal anger crystallised into serenity, held in check by willpower. He just nodded.

"Very good. Now I have a face to put to a name."

He didn't see or know why there would be any anger. "And you are?" It was simple curiosity.

Nor should he. All seemed well. "Aspirant Jo'ren Rath. Strange that our paths haven't crossed 'til now. Will of the force or something like that." He shrugged.

"Nice work taking down Death's Shadow."

"Thanks. It was a group effort, and a difficult battle. That thing was pretty damned vicious." He says with a nod. "But Instructor Von... she's made it clear that she could have probably taken it down herself." He gives her a grin. "I can imagine her walking up to it and telling it 'You're dead.' and that being the end of it."
