Well, If you hit someone with a 10-20 m tree, with the trunk weighing several hundred kilograms up to several tons, not to mention the speed and gravity, yep that should hurt quite a bit...

Actually I would probably limit the strength upgrade up to silhouete 3. The greatest example in 'canon' making force move is Yoda moving an X-wing, right? More than that seems too much, even for someone as powerful as Yoda, and not quite battle applicable as it needs a lot of concentration.
