I once played with a gm that would run private side sessions for a carton of smokes.

only got fluff out of it, never mechanical benefits, but it was worth it. he was an awesome gm

I remember we once had a "bribe the GM with food"-chart, where you got various minor xp boosts for bringing drinks, snacks, home-baked or home-cooked meals, or ordering take-out. It works very well with that group since people rarely get riled up over different xp values there and we're all pretty laid-back.
