Moyr chuckled.

"I offer you a drink on me next time we have an opportunity."

"If we have such an opportunity, I will not turn down a free drink," she said in some form of acceptance there. Little less of just the cold front that had moved into the area. Trying a hand at some standard conversation.

"Come into some wealth to be able to afford drinks for complete strangers?"

"A small investment into a possible acquaintance. Being Syl's old friend you're not a complete stranger as well."

"Reasonable."

Couldn't exactly argue with that logic. Though, "Should be careful of the acquaintances you make," she offered some non-requested advice.

"But I am. Don'y you know the adage, keep friends close and enemies closer?"

She chuckled.

"Most find out which of those someone will be before they invite them over for a drink," she quipped.

"Most indeed. The small minority takes other approaches."

"Riskier approaches," she adds.

Looking down the way Kristal spotted some stims and medical supplies on display. Glancing to Moyr she gave a look that silently offered an extension of the conversation or the end of it. Fully intent on seeing to the options available to her there.

"Are you not a risk-taker yourself?"

Moyr could allow this to last for a moment or two longer. Especially that she generally had no concern for when nobility was giving her 'indications' or was presenting 'options'. She refused to acknowledge their assumed privilege to dictate those to her.

"I could be viewed as such," she continued as they walked over toward the more survival oriented gear.

"But there are limits to such things. Limits that become more flexible when you have the strength. Going beyond that you are simply a fool."

The last implied something, but Kristal's cool demeanor gave as little indication to what she was implying about her thoughts as possible.

"Truly? And this is something you know from experience? The part about fools?"

Moyr let her brow arch.

"We are Sith, we test our limits every day. However, we do not send untrained apprentices into the heat of battle against the Jedi. It would be foolish. The thought applies."

"Is there really this collective 'we' about the Sith?"

Moyr had some fun in playing the devil's advocate.

"I do not see that as being close to the point. However, that is touching upon perhaps the greatest trial of our time."

"What you claim is not consensual among the leadership. We're going to Yavin after not even two months in the Academy. On an assignment we know little about, but I doubt it will be within the framework of reasonability you seem to assume. To be Sith is not to stretch the bubble, but to burst it and find another before you suffocate. But I cannot blame an Imperial noble for not fully understanding what it means not to be favoured or sheltered."

Moyr replied in calm voice.

Now that inspired a smirk, "You are an interesting one Moyr, but I would be careful with words like those. Another might not respond as calmly as I am. Take your personal issues elsewhere I am not here to correct them."

"Fine. I wish you a fine shopping day."

Moyr turned around on her heel and strode away with her characteristic spring in steps, never looking back.

Kristal watched as she turned and left, sensitive Twi'lek that one. After a moment Kristal returned to browsing, perhaps she should actually get a Stimpack or two?
