I have 2 prof/2 Ability for the Weapon one.

Or, 1/1 with Leadership. Thematically would be fitting. Even if other people are better at it.

I can do well at the lightsaber part, with 4 Brawn and 2 Skill, but I can just as easily stomp off into the jungle to stab something or find something.

Sorry, my tired gut reaction was to be mad about 'In'. It's all cool.

I can bring Brawn 4 Lightsaber 3 to the party. Otherwise I can go and find something else to do.

I guess it also depends on the other rollers. I mean if Kristal is super keen to do it for RP reasons then it's only a proficiency die over an ability die difference.

Truthfully, I think the RP part for Kristal would be a Leadership check. Quite the difference between myself and another there, so no worries.

As much as she's capable, and would wish to be of service for the Captain. Simply showing off isn't the way she'd go about it if she didn't need to. So, feel free for one of you to take the spot! :D

EDIT: Just pay me back like taking me to some cool ancient temple or something sometime! :lol:

Throw your hat in the ring for a particular roll. If noone else indicates interest within a reasonable time (12 hours perhaps?) then you're it :)

If more than one person wants it then discuss and have a roll off if you can't decide?
