The Dark Academy on Korriban

Built in the shadow of an ancient temple that straddles a large river the village is home to what seems like nearly a thousand massassi, they live a primitive lifestyle with no active power or electricity. They will trade but they only barter and only for things they need or aurum which they see as sacred. They are suspicious of outsiders and have customs and ways that may not mesh up with Imperial sensibilities.

Trade with the Massassi is done via Negotiation at Hard (2 difficulty and a Challenge die) with a boost die if the object is shiny, aurum, or a weapon. If a Despair is rolled they want something worth at least 2000 credits, probably a lightsaber because shiny, or they will ban the student from the village.

Due to the success at First Contact students can get food, mostly fish and local grains similar to rice, twice a day.
