The Dark Academy on Korriban

"So, is this where your map shows we should go?" Asked Sinea lightly, as she followed Remmington.

Remmington nods. "More or less. The map is an old one. So old that even some of the stars have moved around. So from here we'll have to look on our own."

He brings down the goggles over his eyes and starts to search around for... something.

"Mhm. Why can't things be easy?" She extended her senses once again, both into the present and in the future as well.

"If the Force was easy the master then everyone would be doing it. Just consider if part of the initiation for joining the elite." Remmington chuckles at bit at their commentary.

"Mhm, I'm told things come easy to the elite. Here's hoping." After the day's event, she held her saber at the ready just to be sure.

"I don't think so. The elite just make it look easy is all." Remmington comments casually. "Are you hoping for an easy life once you become a Sith?"

The duo arrive at a ruined tower of primitive design. It is made of stone but has a great deal of moss and vine overgrowth on it. At first glance it looks deserted but as they get closer they can see tell-tale signs of life.

As they approach a massassi dressed in heavy pelts with a staff steps out from the entrance and glares at the duo. She is large with wild graying hair and many skulls strewn into a necklace about her neck.

Sienna let Remmington lead for now, but extended Force senses to the Massassi.

Sensing Massassi: 2eF 1 Light Side, 1 Dark Side

"I hope she understands Imperial." Remmington comments to Sinea as he slowly approaches the Massassi as non-threatening as possible. He stops a short distance away.

"Hello. We are with the Sith Academy. Nice to meet you."

The massassi woman squints at them and barks words they don’t understand. She draws an obsidian dagger and waves it at them.

With her senses open Sinea feel everything within about twenty to twenty five meters, mostly trees, small animals the structure and the massassi woman.

"We're not here to hurt.... just to check that out." She gestured towards the Tower, trying to be non-threatening. "Let us pass."

OOC: Charm or Coercion possible?

OOC: Charm versus 2 challenge and a difficulty die with a setback die as it looks like this is her home.

"I'll try the try the universal greeting." Remmington takes out his ration. Splitting it in half he eats half of it to show that is it food and not poisonous. Then offers the other half to the Massassi woman. It tastes like tauntaun turd.

"Ba wap gra nini ba." He hopes she gets the message and isn't threatened by the nasty tasting ration.

She hits the ration away and growls.

"I don't blame her those are pretty nasty." Remmington comments.

"So you got any suggestions? Or are we going to try aggressive negotiations?" He asks Sinea without taking his eyes off the Massassi woman. He slowly backs away.

Siena stepped up aggressively towards the female Massassi. "Move."

She does not move aside, instead she laughs, at least you presume it is laughter. The old massassi woman walks back to the old tower and sits on a stone with a sigh. She still has her eyes on the two aspirants.

"She's a stubborn one.... how much do you want to go there? Want to go to sabers with her?" Asked the Sith

"Well we came this far. We can just try to get in there and see what happens. I would prefer not to start a fight but what we find in there may be valuable for the future." Remmington comments as he picks up the discarded ration and brushes it off quickly and finishes it.

"What?"

"Wow you're desperate." Was her only remark, but decided to follow Remmington and see what happens next. "Go ahead. I'm just here for the entertainment."

"Hey! It's the only food they gave us since we got here. Beggars can't be choosers you know. It's not like a bbq is just going to pop out in front of us." Remmington argues back as he steps forward. This the somewhat comedic arguing he doesn't take his eyes off the Massassi woman.

The massassi woman has never taken her eyes off these strangers and seems agitated that they won't leave.

Remmington starts heading into the tower unless the Massassi woman has something to say about it. He is ready for a fight if it comes down to that.

The old woman glare and shrieks loudly murmuring primitive words. The young aspirant sees ana tree get yanked out of the ground and go flying into form and tremendous speed. She hisses and raises her dagger at Sinea.

The tone is one that seems to imply to be left alone.

OOC: Remmington takes 23 damage from the tree. One dark to activate, one dark to increase size to two, and one dark to increase range for a total of three.
