"Hmmm..." she smiled thoughtfully, placing a finger against her lips as she regarded his hair. "Long hair would suit you, I have to admit. Maybe you inherited Sek'nos Rath's good hair, as well as his skill? Would be a shame to honor one but not the other."

"One can only hope." He smiled and shook his head, hair falling to brush the tops of his shoulders. "One day they will speak of Jo'ren Rath first, and that will be a good day Shaisha. But for his hair or his his skill? That is the question."

He looked at her with amusement. "I hope you have been enjoying yourself sufficiently despite all of these trials?"

"More or less. Been a lot of drama, sadly, but I've met new people, like yourself, and that has made it enjoyable, despite some of the setbacks and worries. All in all, my only regret is being tied for second in our class, rather than at the top."

She twirled one his dark locks of her around her finger. "When they speak of Jo'ren Rath, I think they will speak of his handsome looks, or his good sense of humor. Both at least will be mentioned, I'm sure."

"If they say those things then Lord Savas will be happy it wasn't all about my lightsaber skills at least." His attention was elsewhere though, he was already thinking about where his insights might lead.

"I look forward to putting the graduation behind us and embracing our new roles."

"So do I. I wonder what the graduation will be like, though. Something like the banquet we attended, maybe? Or maybe the parents will show up and wave happily to their little adorable kids now all grown up," she chuckled.

"What about your parents? Will they be congratulating their handsome son when you become Sith?"

"Who knows? I suppose Sinea might. It would not surprise me if we must run a gauntlet of instructors to collect our diploma from the Tombs." He gave her a smile that suggested he would not be unhappy with that outcome.

"My parents? It is hard to know. Perhaps, if they are in the area." The Raths were an independent adventurous bunch, and often out of contact for months at a time.

"Are you close with them?" she asked with some curiousity. "Or any siblings perhaps?"

He nodded, causing his hair to spill forward over his shoulders again. "We're all close, but rarely all together, so we cherish those moments when they arise. I'm the eldest by five years, my brothers and sisters are more than enough trouble for my parents, and when we gather with our cousins the mischief level of the universe is raised a few notches."

"Brothers and sisters? Wow... if they're anything like you, your parents must be made with durasteel. Sounds like you have a big family," she grinned, though with some envy.

There was a contented laugh at her surprise. "Raths are lovers and fighters. Tends to lead to big families if you catch my drift. And yes, made of durasteel is pretty accurate."

"I admit, I'm a little jealous at such a large family... being an only-child and all." And with a dead mother, and a mostly absent father. "Must've been fun growing up with so many siblings around you. Or did you compete a lot?"
