I just met him on Tattooine last night. Fighting him is cool. Good ol' Honor.

He chose a really nice dueling spot too. Must have taken him weeks.

Never got to see him later, first time I saw him my friend was doing a Dark Side Knight character. Although, that force trick option does lead to an amusing response.

Nar Shaddaa will be open to both sides, Republic and Empire plus neutral if you just want to make money. The basis is talks of a cease fire and trying to get the Hutts to side with one side or the other. So the high game is diplomacy/espionage but the general backdrop is an anything goes criminal atmosphere. Just a brief overview of what I see for Nar Shaddaa and then the one after that is the Mandalorian siege and is Republic focused.

There will not be overt PvP at Nar Shaddaa, it's just not something I want to have to adjudicate.

There will be a system in place not sure on the name, call it Scrutiny for now that will measure how close or concerned the Hutts are for the Empire and Republic based on in game acts and events. The higher the scrutiny the more restricted the Hutts will become, denying access to areas… increasing prices. While this is worse for one side, it also makes the Hutts nervous for opposing the side because they are Hutts so there are negatives for either side getting too high and staying towards the “middle” works out better.

Basically as an example say one side gets high scrutiny that side will have restricted access to certain areas which could lock them out of events and may have higher prices to pay for goods and bribes. The other side may not have the restrictions but may other setbacks like the Hutts watching them closely making certain actions harder and a lower increase to prices as they suspect the other side is up to something because Hutts trust no one.

These are just early ideas but the overall idea is that both sides have an incentive to not rock the boat too much. Neutrals just have to deal with the increased insanity.
