Time skips were just an example, but a day or two isolated would make more sense and would be good enough, perhaps traveling to a moon for some kind of Hutt festival or whatever. Just something to break up the pace, so to say.

I imagine speeder chases, running battles high up on ledges, dramatic rescues of important prisoners, all that sort of thing. Perhaps a few different ways to get credits (bounties, Huttball, etc) so that there's less of people trying to use destiny for stuff and more ways for credits to get spread around.

The whole noir setting idea has me reaching for my fedora. Very happy about this

I suppose for a space break you could have the Hutts ask the rival parties to find something (e.g.missing shipment) in an asteroid belt or crash landed on a planet. That sort of thing might allow for spaceships/planetary piloting, and possibly pirate attacks, plus an opportunity for plot hooks to lead PCs away from the main location (and maybe having to decide between personal plot and helping their side).

It's done off the dice without any traits or skills at all, but that is just Hintaro.

According to the rulebook though . .. it's Cunning/Skullduggery

I don't have Fly Casual yet, but I may by then if not would probably use Skullduggery or Deception if cheating.

Something like Backgrounds here, I think the +1 skill helped a lot for at least some people.

I wonder if the apprentices will get some perks for learning at the feet of a master (and serving a master). Like unique Talents or something... Vengean's Talent, Baras' Talent, etc.
