I was inactive on SWTOR for a while there while the game was running.

I put Jo'ren Rath, Sith Warrior, on Shadowlands so feel free to send me a message or whatever it is that were supposed to do on SWTOR

I'll check which server I am on, and report back later.

For Euro players it's Red Eclipse, although we seem superbly capable of never being on at the same time.

Ah! All of my old characters are on The Progenitor.

The US server seems to be Shadowlands and EU is Red Eclipse.

Are guilds faction agnostic or are we going to do a Sith/Republic guild or both?

Guilds are not shared between Republic/Empire

So if you want to cover your bases, you need to have a Guild on both sides.

Hmm. That could require a lot of resources.

What say you all, Republic Guild first or Empire?

Such is the technical marvel that is SWTOR.

I did a complete reinstallation a few days ago and it's working fine. Any crafting skill recommendations? I'm a Sith Warrior tank spec. Thinking artifice or cybertech.

Biochem is by far the best crafting skill, imo, as it allows you to craft Medpacs, Stims and Adrenals far superior to what you can buy.
Artifice is the second one, as it allows you to craft Color Dyes and Crystals for your weapons, but frankly, Crystals are getting easier and easier to pick up.

Cybertech is... ok.

What is more interesting is Synthweaving, Armormech and Armsmech, for end-game crafting when you will need Augments.

And if you don't want to worry too much about Crafting, just pick up Slicing for earning cash (useful in Flashpoints too). On characters I don't craft with, I usually pick three of the following:
-Archaeology (useful for certain Flashpoints, material-gathering for Artifice and Synthweaving Crafters)
-Scavenging (like Archaeology, it's useful for some Flashpoints, and you can use it to gather materials for your other Crafters, like Armor and Armsmech)
-Slicing (moneyz!)
-Treasure Hunting (Lockboxes for trash to sell = moneyz)


There's not really a Crafting skill that is better for a certain class, tbh, since you can freely share what you craft with your own characters and others. Can also sell high-level materials for cash on the Galactic Trade Network.

From my experience Underworld allows you to spam gifts for companions also, if that's your thing

My main on a different server have Synthweaving and Armourmech. I figure I'll do something different this time. Hadn't thought of Biochem.

Welp not like credits aren't hard to acquire. Off to butcher another planet load of Republic fools for lols and money.

I recall with the Hutt expansion we can get presidential suites in Nar Shadda as your pad. Did they ever come up with guild ships yet?

They did. Presumably, acquiring one will be a priority for Magical Space Samurai should it be formed.

That was one of the major things I wished they got into the game earlier. That and the dog fighting in starfighters.
