“Satele? She’s still alive? Yeah everyone knows of that lineage, I mean she is related to Revan… and that is a whole different kind of Jedi,” she said with a nod.

“Satele was a good friend, I was a better fighter but she would never admit that.”

"Satele, yes! Thank you, I forgot her name for a second." He smiled, "Though I thought all beings were of equal value; no better or worse." He said with a wink.

“Well yes, but I don’t have to want to spend time with a kor’slug,” she replied with a roll of her eyes.

"And just barely above that is probably a Sith apprentice." He said with a smile.

“That is still up for debate, Sylvain,” she said with a laugh.

He chuckled and said teasingly, "You'll have to be nicer to me or I'll give you up to some really rotten Sith."

He smiled, "You be nice to me and I'll be nice to you. That's 'Peaceful' is it not?"

She nodded and said, “Of course, you are correct.”

She took a seat as if meditating and said, “Peace is the goal of all Jedi.”

A peaceful and just society... The Empire.

"I'd like to keep learning more about you, the Jedi, and your Republic... You've offered me a different lens by which to view the world. Different and thought provoking." He said with a smile.

"Shall we head back to the Academy? I'm going to have to hunt down one of my friends to help me sift through the library in search of any reference to your master. Not sure what I'm gonna tell her."

“Probably just keep this a secret I don’t think people will like you having a Jedi’s holocron,” she replied closing her eyes.

"Thanks 'Totally Obvious' Jedi Knight." He said teasingly.

"Perhaps... these are his possible remains... and I wanted to see the nature of his death... That might work." He said to himself.

"It's not too cramped in this box is it?" He said looking at it.

“I am pretty sure I am just data, so the idea of space is kind of an alien concept,” Thy replied cheerfully.

“Twenty-eight years passed and I barely noticed.”

"Excellent. If you don't need to stretch your legs, then I'll open you when it is safe and when I've found something." He bowed politely.

"Thank you for this conversation today Madam Knight. I hope to speak with you again soon."

“Same to you, Sylvain. Just in case I am keying myself to your genetic signature, I won’t work otherwise,” she said casually.

“I trust you.”

I win.

"Excellent. I wouldn't have it any other way my dear."

He smiled and waved, "Dream of me until we meet again." He teased.


He then closed the Holocron and watched as the young Jedi Knight disappeared inside.

Quite interesting. Lord Zash would probably be interested, but let's see what I can glean from it before handing it over.

Tucking it safely into his pack, Sylvain walked out of the cave and back to his speeder....
