Are there weapons for any applicable combat skill available for the combat examp? Melee weapons, blasters, practice sabers, etc...

Do I make an Athletics skill roll for my force test since I have Enhance and then just add a force die to it?

Yes for Enhance roll the skill as normal with the Force die, difficulty based on when you the test.

There plenty of weapons to use besides Gunnery.

Force is Discipline roll then Force ability, if you don't have a power then a Force die roll and then a Discipline roll at one higher difficulty.

Just wanted to point out... you put the force test in the Restricted Tomb. Which is a Minor Dark Side Vergence. Which by rules says "Any roll to generate Force adds 1 extra Dark side result automatically."

Is this not in play for the event?

D2 EVENT. MA. Combat. Lightsaber/Cunning with Shien Technique: 2eA+2eP+2eB+3eD 1 failure, 5 advantage, 1 Triumph

Lightsaber in Combat Test.

Would the Failure cancel out the Triumph, since Triumph gets downgraded with Reputation 9, if I understood things correctly?

for the events, he said triumph counts as 2 successes, it normally counts as one, so i think you end with 0 successes.

For the Knowledge test, it lists piloting. But there are 2 piloting skills and i have both. Can I use both?

I should probably change the wording, essentially you succeed on the roll due to the Triumph.

You can use only 1.

As long as you don't get a Despair and get a Triumph on your combat roll you get 1 success if it is Lightsaber and you actually succeed with the Triumph it counts as 2.

Apologies if this was already said, but are the tests all one event for the purposes of Destiny? AKA: you can use Destiny on one test, but not all?

In the Force exam the first Discipline roll is not a prereq for the Force power use.
