Moyr was full of negative emotions. Her spite for the snobs up there on some party, celebrating their sense of entitlement, was so dense it could be cut with a knife.

So when she stole a speeder she chose a nice one, probably belonging to one of them. She took effort to remain unseen and unrecognised.

Now to pick up Baes and stuff.

Baesal was waiting at the designated spot, with all of her gear, trying to act normal. When the stolen speeder came around she hurried in.

Once inside she took a breath and took notice of how expansive the vehicule looked

"Wow, is that real Tom-Tom leather?"

"How could I know. I am an alien simpleton unworthy of such luxuries. Give me the coordinates on my yesterday site, pease."

She patted the bundle with wares to check it's fastening, then sped up toward the desert.

"Forgot to tell you, but it's on a high outcropping. A bit of climbing will be involved. And do you have a weapon of any sort?"

"Nope" she simply said while putting up the location

"I could not find anything...but with careful observation we can sureky dodge the worst."

She smiles

"Don't well yourself short dear, you are one suave woman."

"There were tuk'ata packs out there yesterday; if they catch up with you despite your precautions, will you try to persuade them that tastier meal is elsewhere? You'll take the knife. There's alo a rope ladder somewhere up there so once either of us climbs up the other will have it easier."

Moyr spat out the dust that got into her teeth due to acceleration.

"It'll be difficult to talk when I speed up. Watch out for... stuff."

And then... the speeder gained speed. Desert features started passing like on a movie tape, the grains of sand were biting their flesh. It took them a while to get there, but still relatively quickly. Moyr slowed down their machine and pointed up.

"There. Should be safe, but be watchful."

Once they secured the speeder, Moyr gave Baes the knife and tied up the cloak to not hinder her during the climb.

"I am not hell of a climber, so watch out for me too. Or perhaps you are and want to go first?"

The Togruta took the knife and kept an eyebrow open for the beasts

"I'm not a climber either, I'll help to get you up and take the rope ladder"

Moyr shook her head and started pulling herself up, but her fingers kept refusing to hold enough.

Moyr fails to climb up and instead slides down the cliff face with little injury but her pride as she tumbles to the ground but when the dust settles she sees there is a slim walkway they can use to get to the ship as well. She would have missed it if not for falling and having a different perspective.

Moyr dusted off and waved toward Baes.

"Hooo, I found an path. Come here."

Baesal struggled to push Moyr above the rock formation put still found it hilarious when she just slided back down.

"Oh! Good work!" She answered with a light giggle.

"That's my trademark style of trailblazing. With my butt."

As they ascended, Moyr moved cautiously up. She produced her blaster and remained watchful for threats. The place was safe yesterday. But anything could have moved in.

OOC: Perception or Skullduggery at average difficulty, spending a Destiny to upgrade the difficulty die. This counts double if both roll.

The ship, or whatever was left of it was just as she left it, dusty and desolate. Decades of dust and dirt had accumulated everywhere and the interior was very dark. When they reach the top a flock of batlike creatures screeched outward towards the skies. They caused no harm other than a start from their appearance and their screeching cries.

They may have attracted attention by this but nothing was truly safe around here. Still, with Baesal's expert help about how things mechanically work in such vessel and where to look for what, among minor finds Moyr was able to make a potentially significant discovery...

She was estatic when they got to the freighter and did her best to assist her friend.

"I wonder what's the story behind this crash. What did this freighter carry?"

[Using Advantage for additional items, and Triumph for unexpected boon - whatever that means, but book says I can!]

''Hard to say...''

Beasal looked the dust filled belly of the once vessel

''The planet is horrible to everything and everyone...The crash might have happened months, years or decades ago and it would be hard to know.''

"But I bet there might be some sealed sections still. Those things are full of nooks and crannies. Let's get down to business. Actually, I think I am good at seeking out secret cashes."

Moyr grinned,feeling out the wall as she moved.

''Oh, I have no doubts...''

Baesal put her goggles on and activated the light amplification to have a clear sight of the place.

Between the two of them they are able to find conduits and parts that are not totally burnt out, even more impressive… with a few patches here and some kicks there, there is a shuttering as power is restored to portions of the ship and lights flare to life. There is also a lot of pops and sparks, but for now they have power.

At least to run lights and maybe some electronics.

Baesal go her fusion lanter to give a little more juice to the place.

''Found any cache? We might be able to get something out of the ship's computer if we are lucky.''

"Oh shit. It's working, Baes! Now, what do we do? I think it's your turn to do something! Just don't explode us."

Moyr watched at the sparks warily, but couldn't overcome both anxiety and enthusiasm.

"Run a scan, download cargo data and ship plan, whatever, go-go-go!"

While Moyr scrambled to seek doorways which were impassable without making electronic locks work first.

''Wait!'' Baesal said while looking at the exposed wires

''If we could stabilise the power we will have much more time to search this place and could use it as a retreat.''

She laid herself on the floor

''I ask for your help, if you don't mind.''
