Can Twi'leks crossbreed with humans and/or other races? The feedback on this I managed to find is inconclusive.

Canon, I don't think I've ever seen it. The crossbreeds I can think of are Echani/Human, Sith/Human, Arkhanian/Human... And that's about it?

EDIT: Wookiepedia have two conflicting sources, so I guess it needs a verdict. Although I have a hard time imagening a human-Twi'lek hybrid... Hairy lekku? :lol:

It might be possible but they don't seem to possess enough strength for that, they can move and are prehensile so they could probably grip small objects but not sure if they can do enough force to strangle.

Star Wars is pretty lenient on crossbreeding, though the image you posted it is unclear if that Trooper actually fathered the children. I am going to go with a maybe and cross that bridge when or if we ever get to that.

Since we don't start with sabers, do we get training sticks or something? I forget what they called them in SWTOR.

They are handed out as needed, you will not keep one.

Events will list if you get a training saber or not.

When using Comlinks and other Communicators, will we handling that similar to how it was done at Banner of Stars?

Is there a reason that the Orokos directions say to use a d12 with the same setup as the Force die rather that using 1eF?

Because I failed to read if it does allow Force, I thought I double checked that, if it rolls Force then I will update the dice rolling.

I will adjust the Force die rolling rules... I swear I looked at the page multiple times. I blame Jedi for this slip up.

Use #eF for rolling Force dice.

Is there a place to dumpster dive for parts? A workshop to build/repair a saber and/or speeder?

If we build a speeder do we have to buy a license or something for it?

The Hall of Shadows would have a workshop as for finding parts you can scrounge the nearby or deep wastes or try your luck bartering with local soldiers or Imperials working at the Academy.

If you build your own speeder, you don't need a license.

Probably one other person safely, anything more than that gets clown car like unless it's a transport like a car.

Hanging out at Korriban station before we go down (no rolling allowed since pre-game)? Letters...er... mails, I guess? Something else?
