And you seem to age very well too. Growing into full maturity in a matter of hours and not really having any negative aging effects that I can see.

So, just because I'm a giant Alien nerd, xenomorphs don't technically age because they're closer to a sentient conglomeration of minerals than a biological creature (which is why they don't need to feed, have corrosive "blood" which doesn't function as a circulatory system, and have no need to breath, and can "live" in the vacuum of space). That's according to some sources.
