The Dark Academy on Korriban

"I know," she smirked in return.

"And yeah, you needed that as much as me. Now it makes me wonder how long my foster-brother might've been lusting after my exotic flesh," Shaisha added on in an overly-dramatic tone.

He smiled, "I'd be surprised if there was a man with a pulse that didn't."

Then turned it on her, "And just how long have you wanted to rip my clothes off and do a proper 'waltz'?"

"The thought has crossed my mind a few times," she grinned in return. "And sometimes thought about doing it, just because it would probably flip the lid off both our fathers, and that in itself is fun."

"I wouldn't be surprised if you've fantasized about me, or Kris. Or me and Kris."

He chuckled, "I've thought about you two in my... alone time... probably more than I'd like to admit."

He looked up into the ceiling with a smile, "I'll have to keep working on Kris a bit... I don't think she's ever thought of me like that."

"I'm sure she has," Shaisha gave a wink. "She just hides it well."

"... You're really going to make an effort into working on her?"

"Maybe..." He said. "I've been thinking lately..."

He paused before moving his hand in gentle circles along the ridges of Shaisha's back.

"With mom sick... I may have to find a spouse for myself. One that will help keep the line of Torsin strong and intact."

He smiled, "You and Kris come immediately to mind... but I figure you'd prefer some hulking Pure Blood over your good friend Syl. And there would be many who look at that type of arrangement with... pause."

She fell silent, and sat up.

"... You better ask Kris then. I'm not going to marry you."

He chuckled and sat up next to her too, "That's what I thought... And whatever that is... that's still far enough away to not worry about."

He kissed Shaisha gently on her neck, "We've got tonight, who needs tomorrow? 'Going with the flow' right?"

She felt she wanted to give him a reminder that this was just an outlet for her emotions, but decided against it... it was that little instinct telling her to keep it to herself, and perhaps use it as an advantage.

"Yes," she smiled. "Going with the flow."

"So what did you do today, Syl? Since we've both been busy..."

He chuckled, "Two big things really... Had a bit of a duel with the spirit in my head... Lost the battle in the morning, but ended up winning the war just a bit ago."

He pointed to his head, "She's gone now."

"Oh? Do elaborate," she leaned back on the other end of the bed.

"While I was picking up some supplies for me and Kris's trip... which is my second thing by the way, I'll get back to it... anyways, while I was at the market she forced herself on me and took control of my body for a short time. Quite embarrassing really, but eventually I wrested control back before anything too serious happened."

He smiled, "But then throughout the day she kept talking to me and made it apparent she wanted a body for her own and that of a woman. So, I found an attractive and malleable young Ensign and escorted her to the tombs."

His smile took on a bit of pride as he finished the story, "Needless to say, with the help of the Dark Side, and the Spirit's guidance I no longer have to deal with her in my mind. Though I may have to make sure she doesn't do anything too stupid in her new body."

A moment of silence.

"... I can't believe you've let that bitch out into the world in a new body. You couldn't kill her once she was out of your head?"

"That would be a waste Shai. There's much that can be gained from her." He said coolly.

"Really? And you think she is going to be sweet and nice, and teach us whatever we ask of her?" Shaisha rolled her eyes. "The woman is a vindictive hag."

"A vindictive hag who is very much out of her element. She certainly won't be nice, but her energies can be harnessed for good with special care." He said. "I know her skills better than most, and she has significant power... enough to make ourselves stronger."

"Sounds like she already got you wrapped around her finger, you know. This is a case of balancing the potential benefit she might bring, and the potential dangers she bring."

Shaisha reached for her clothing.

"She already insulted me once. I want nothing to do with her."

Sylvain smiled, "No one hates her more than I do, trust me. But you know me... always trying to squeeze whatever use I can out of something."

He smiled. "Did you want to hear about my other big news?"

"Hit me with it," she shrugged, starting to dress herself again.

Sylvain reached over to his belongings and pulled out an object, "Think fast!" He said and tossed it in the air.

It wouldn't be a difficult thing for a force sensitive to have the reactions to catch it, but seeing it was a lightsaber may have been difficult to ignore.

Her reactions were good enough to catch the object, though her face changed to an expression of surprise when she saw what it was.

"Where did you get this?!" She turned it over in her hand. "It's real!?"

"That old Republic Outpost I was telling you about. There was a Jedi in there. Said she needed to protect the place and we were bothering her 'silence' or something." He smiled, "Kris and I took her down. Kris took a bit of a beating, but she's fine. Tough as nails, Kris is."

He smiled. "Haven't talked it out over which one of us gets it yet, but I got the kill. Once Kris is back in prime form we'll talk it out."

"Damn... lucky bastards, finding candy in the desert like that," she smirked. "Glad to hear she's alright though. She in the medbay?"

"Should be. Wouldn't be surprised if she was too stubborn to deal with those idiot droids for long though." He said.

"And for the record it wasn't a desert, it was on top of a frozen mountain with little oxygen. Much cooler that way I assure you." He said with a smile.

"So a frozen desert ontop of a mountain. Ziost has a lot of that," she chuckled back at him.

"Makes me regret not coming with you two now... maybe Kris wouldn't be hurt now."
