Sylvain thought on that for a while, "... I guess... Unless immortality led to greater ability and greater potential to 'protect' the people across the galaxy."

“Understanding is knowing that we have a limited time in this universe and that is what makes life so precious; worth defending. The only true immortality is oneness with the Force,” she says warmly.

"And what if, for instance, the Sith were to destroy the Jedi completely? Then who would protect the 'defenseless'? Cannot self-interest also be in the interests of the greater good at times?"

“Then we die, but you cannot kill an idea. The Jedi have been wiped out before and we have returned. Though the same can be said of the Sith as well,” she says with a thoughtful nod.

"Perhaps there is utility in both." He said with a smile.

"You ways are strange... but I'm coming to understand them more and more every day."

“Yeah, maybe.”

“It is never too late to redeem yourself,” she says with a nod.

He chuckled, "I tend to think I'm a fairly decent guy myself. Though you seem to be quite adamant that I'm not."

“You are a work in progress, Sylvain,” she says.

He chuckled, "Thanks Thy. A good bit of back and forth with my Jedi friend is what I needed this morning."

He opened up a map of Korriban on his datapad and glanced at it, "You got any other undiscovered installations in there? I need an adventure to take my mind off of something."
