“It’s about thirty kilometers from the school, they found tomb built into a ravine. Guess we are camping out and going to assist with removing some of the relic for study. I expect lots of lectures and reading and exploration of the Force,” he says honestly.

"Yeah that sounds like his style. Maybe they'll need some climbing done to set ropes up? Ah crap, I knew I should have read up on Darth Charon's treatise. He's going to ask me about it, I can feel it."

He rolled his eyes. "Meh. Well, I wonder whose tomb it is?"

Gerald smirks and says, “It’s dense, good luck.”

“Lord Hyro, she was some kind of Sith witch or something. She was feared for her many alchemical monsters she created. I guess she likes to make tuk’ata even better killers, heh maybe she made Death’s Shadow.”

"Damnit I have got to learn to mind read."

He smirked too and thought about alchemical witchery. "Lord Hyro huh? Well if she did create Death's Shadow I hear we have a few fellow aspirants who want to have a word with her... And maybe there'll be some monsters for the Red Menace to deal with?"

That was infinitely more appealing than lectures.

“Yeah I don’t know much else, maybe we will learn more on the dig,” he says.

"Yeah, I guess so." He looked at the communicator. "Hey, I'll see if Xev want's to join us. Roomies reunion, right?"

He sent out a text to Xevine's communicator. -Your roomies are in the sixes. Red Menace will even buy you a drink My Lady Xevine.-

Xev indeed was up for it, as the familiar Zabrak arrived. "Hey guys." She favored her side lightly, and she still smelled - for Gerald probably reeked - of the smell of blood. "What are you up to? And where's my drink?" She asked playfully as she took a seat. "Hey Gerry."

Jo'ren waved again to the serving droid to bring another one over. He looked Xevine up and down and chuckled lightly.

"Ah, Lady Xevine. Did you know you're literally covered in blood? Or is that not a topic for polite conversation with your roomies?"

Xevine smiled. "Well, I did get a bit dirty when putting down a slave revolt. I hope you're not offended I didn't get cleaned up?" She asked as she looked up at the man. "I mean, I'm only redder than usual."

He smiled as the droid came over and handed a drink to Xevine. "Cheers to that, it's a good colour. Have a 66 for your hard work. I guess Overseer Thaine was pretty pleased with you guys. What happened exactly?"

"Well, she did allow Saisha to keep the lightsaber she found. As to what happened..." She shrugged. "Some slaves got the idea that we're not the boss of them. We were. So, what's up with you two?"

"Oh Gerry was telling me about tomorrow's test. Lord Savas has a dig site he wants us to look at. Might be the tomb of the Sith who started all the experiments with tuk'ata." He shrugged and drank some water.

"I had a busy day too. Scared the shit out of those slaves today. Met a few new people." Killed one of them.

"Oh? That is good to know. Thanks Gerry." Xevinr turned to the handsome bookworm. "New people? Anyone interesting?"

"Well let's see: Sylvain Torsin, son of the Minister of War. Hasn't met him before. Moyr Ahaya, or something like that. A twi'lek who also has a double-bladed 'saber."

He grinned at Gerry. "Yeah our Gerry's in the know these days."

"Everyone and their bloody slave has a lightsabe nowadays. Literally. The slave we fought had a lightsaber." Frustraton was practically pouring out of the woman. "Son of the Minister of War? That sounds like highly useful..."

And just as she said it, the newscame on in the cantina.

"Well, your timing is impeccable."

"That's an exaggeration, I've seen plenty of Aspirants without one.". Then the news came on. "Huh."

He took in the news with quiet interest, sipping his water and reflecting on the days events.

Gerald watches and says, "Well that sucks for Sylvain, I hope he is okay."

"Yeah, terrible. He doesn't seem that shakeable though.". He shook his head at the injustice. "Damned terrorists. Good job Darth Baras is on the case."

"Yes... though at least the ministry is going to continue." Deciding to let the topic slide for now, she took a gulp of her stuff. "Not bad.... had better though. So, tell me one thing dear Jo'ren. Where did you get the saber? And the armor?"

Jo'ren winked at Gerry. "That's two things Xevine."

Xevine laughed and waved at Gerald. "Gerry's the smart one, I'm the pretty one, and you're the one who helps us with the packing. Humor me Lord Rath."

He laughed and sipped his drink.

"Wooo, you've got a sense of humour now! Okay, here's how it went down: the Force sent me a vision of a downed ship, I found it in the Deep Wilds. There was a biiiig adventure, probably an epic duel, definitely some sentry droids, and then I ended up finding this cool suit of armour whose previous owner didn't need it anymore. Oh, and a crystal.". And a broken lightsaber.

“A real epic duel,” Gerald adds with a smirk.

"An epic duel with a probable sith droid wielding a hiltless lightsaber, I get it now." She said with a smirk. "What can I say? You must have infected me. With humor. Should get that checked out. I'm sure probably poor Gerry got it as well." She took another sip of her drink.
