The Dark Academy on Korriban

"Something that would suggest what she is doing is against the needs of the Empire." He said.

"I have nothing firm, just clues that her exploratory pursuits are primarily self-serving and that she may be something akin to a Force... vampire?"

Moyr sighed.

"Let's order dinner."

"Alright." Sylvain said with a smile.

After ordering a meal with a fair portion of meat Sylvain smiled over at Moyr.

"So how's everything else been going?"

"I've made some good acquaintances among the Mandalorians. Also have trained my tush off to be a competent Sith."

She replied casually, observing him from an angle, her fingertips laced on the table, but shifting which were on top of which frequently.

"You?"

"Similar story. Lots of acquaintances; some helpful, some not." He said.

"Lots of training for me too." He then smirked, "I hope your tush isn't completely gone, I enjoyed looking at it the last time we met when you left."

He took a sip of his drink, "That's my stupid way of saying don't murder yourself in the process of bettering yourself. Thanks for making some time for me tonight."

"Ever so vague. You leave so little opening for my inquisitiveness to strike a conversation on what actually happens in the life of the Torsin scion."

She shook her head, lekku dangling softly.

"As for my posterior, well, you'll be able to see for yourself once I will be leaving... Your concern is sweet, Syl, but you know how it is, I have to make risks to have my way around here. Things won't just trickle down. Speaking of risk, you thought me you'd enjoy an adventure. Would you like me to take you on one tomorrow?"

He smiled, excitement in his eyes, "What type of adventure? Where are you going?"

"Discovering ancient Sith mysteries by doing something restricted is up your alley?"

Moyr mused, pulling her lower lip in curiosity.

"I'm currently looking for whatever will give me a bit of an advantage, so yes." He said with a smile.

"Do I need rations, or is this a shorter trip? Do I need a tent big enough for the both of us to sleep in?" He said with a wink.

"It would need to be for the four of us."

She smiled seductively.

"My other associates, Baesal Zyn and Zeno Deathwright, are likely to come as well. And it is not far, but certainly somewhere we are not supposed to go. Take things that can help you overcome obstacles and... restrictions."

He chuckled, "I'd usually say the more the merrier, but I'd probably prefer some time alone with you first."

Then smiling, "But if it is to be an actual adventure, then four sounds great. What restricted area are you looking to get into? I have my ways of getting past a lot of sentries."

"I bet you can figure out the where. As to why and what for, we'll talk tomorrow. Meet me and the others before official proceedings."

She paused, looking curiously a him. A small, teasing smile wandered across her dark crimson lips. Her lekku delicately stroked her shoulders, rubbing against the straps.

"As for our time together, I have been considering it. But you have yet to impress me. Butterflies in just one stomach won't do if a woman has a few of them."

He smiled, "You're right of course. Though it's hard for anyone to really be impressive when our main interactions are only here in the cantina. Women like yourself are rarely impressed by a handsome guy hitting on them in a bar."

Then he took a drink, "The relative lack of opportunity doesn't reflect on my willingness to try to impress you though. Let me prove myself, then we'll see if there are butterflies."

Then smiling a boyish grin, "Any hints you could give a guy in how to impress you, would certainly be helpful though."

She adopted an innocent expression of a naive teen, her lekku suddenly prim and proper.

"I have two narcotics, Syl. Power and Freedom. Concoct those two for me with some spice and sparkles and I'll drink it to the last drop, with the whole of me, spilling nothing."

He nods, "I'll keep that in mind. I should be able to help a bit with the 'freedom' part tomorrow. I should be able to get you into places where you couldn't by yourself.... well at least without having to sneak around once you were in them."

Then smiles, "And power... let me see what I can do about Zash for you. I'll ask around."

"Sound a lot like what my sweetheart would do for me."

She winked, lacing her fingers before him as if containing their agitation. Their dinners arrived. Roasted omachek with vegetables.

"Enjoy your meal, Syl."

He smiled. He knew she thought she was winning, but this game was always played with wins and losses.

"Thanks Moyr. It'll be better than the Mess Hall that is for sure." Taking his first bite he smiled and looked up at her. "Quite good, thank you. How's yours?"

The reality was a little bit more complicated but if this was what he assumed, she wouldn't have minded had she known. She tried a small bit, then tested it on her palate for a moment.

"They may have overcooked it, it's drier than it should be. But then, I have not been to Dac yet so I don't know how Mon Calamari really serve it. So good, I think. A parsec better than the paste."

He smiled and nodded, "Had this on a trip to Nar Shadaa once as a boy. It seemed a hair better then, but that could simply be the result of the passing of the years."

"What were you doing on Nar Shadaa as a kid?"

It sounded like a dinner small talk.

He took a bit and chewed gracefully as he replied, "Mother was out looking for some excessively elegant dress to impress at some Imperial function. Father had business with a mercenary band in the area and it seemed a good chance to take their boy out to see the galaxy beyond the Empire."

"And the kid's impression were...?"

She had elegantly chewed down a small morsel when he had been speaking so she didn't speak with full mouth.

He chuckled, "Mostly just enamored with the bright lights and wild attractions of the city."

Then added, "The hutts ran a fairly efficient show at some points, but the excess was a bit too much for even a small boy like I was."

Moyr stopped eating for a moment, and swallowed a portion of air before speaking again.

"So the slugs held a reception for your family?"

"They hosted father to some type of an event, but my observations were only from walking around the streets." He said.

"Such useless oppression and wasteful violence is done on so many." He shook his head.
