I guess the Hutts have a blob around Nal Hutta and extend South to include Tatooine and Ryloth, but the rest would need a GM call where the front is.

It's pretty fluid but space around Nal Hutta is Hut controlled along with Tatooine and Ryloth and much of the Galactic North is Imperial space, coreward and galactic South would be Republic Space, but borders are kind of odd in 3-dimensional space.
